@amcdermid12 Scottish Nationalism (whether one supports it or not) is a long established political philosophy. Are 45-55 % (depending on polls) of Scottish People extemists? A man who thought Darlington was in Scotland seems to think so!

Desecration is part of destroying conditions for life
Israel has destroyed 1,000s of mosques
Now IDF forces are gloating in wanton destruction
Younis Tirawi | يونس@ytirawi
Khan Younis | Israeli soldiers from the 66th battalion film the mosque with a drone, observing that it is completely empty with nothing in it, having already been destroyed. They proceed to blow it up, reducing it to dust ->

@implausibleblog I'll save my outdoor swimming for safer (and warmer) waters! Holidays abroad seem to be the only swimming I do nowadays - with public pools closing in the UK.

2019: Boris Johnson, "Make this country, the cleanest, greenest, on earth. With the most far reaching environmental program"
2024: BBC news tear this apart..
Sally Nugent, "Finding somewhere clean to swim isn't easy"
John Kay, "Government is announcing 27 new bathing sites, but just because they are named doesn't necessarily mean the water is clean"
Jonah Fisher, "Designation is based on whether a site is popular with swimmers, and whether it has facilities like toilets nearby. It does not mean that the water is clean"
Then a car crash interview with Conservative party's Water Minister Robbie Moore,
Jonah Fisher, "Last year, there were fewer sites rated excellent and more rated poor. It kind of looks like things aren't getting better any more"
Robbie Moore, "If you look at the data, 96% are classified as 'sufficient'"
Jonah Fisher, "But you keep talking about 2010, 2010 was a different system"
Robbie Moore, "In 2015 the system got tighter which demonstrates that the data have improved"
Jonah Fisher, "Sure, sure, but the data shows that since 2015, things haven't really got any better"
Robbie Moore, "Well I don't accept that"
Jonah Fisher, "The figures simply say that"

@Haggis_UK Perhaps @RobertBuckland is due a 'conversation' with the Police as well. Would he have put this information/evidence to bed forever had NE never defected?

We kicked of the day with a walk round the park before sharing in the Church service … then a team building session in the park before serving the tea and coffee … great to share in all the fun and fellowship @stmarysmwell @FVandC @christianaidsco

@BoyCharioteer The BBC has far better journalists - like Victoria Derbyshire. LK is much more suited to GB News.

#bbclaurak How close can I get to putting my utter distaste for this woman on this medium without receiving a Twitter ban?

@implausibleblog David Cameron, the Gilderoy Lockhart of British politics.
English

Laura Kuenssberg, "Why didn't the Conservative party do something about Natalie Elphicke lobbying ministers about he husband's court case?"
David Cameron, "I've only just seen the story in the papers, I've got no idea about it.. Natalie Elphicke is a Labour press office problem, it's not a Conservative party problem any more"
The Conservative party are blaming Labour for covering up a Conservative MP who engaged in illegal behaviour by lobbying Conservative ministers
Read that again, and if you have an ounce of decency, stop voting for the Conservative party

@marknjones A genuine classic of early British House Music. I still spin my vinyl copy regularly, all these years later, because 'Voodoo Ray' is timeless. I love the story of the Peter Cook sample 😃

Scotland's inability to meet key climate change targets must be a "wake-up" call for all of society and failure to work openly and collaboratively to drive progress will have grave implications for the planet. #StepUpAndAct #ClimateCrisis
