NEW: Police arrested 77-year-old man who refused to leave his home after someone stole it from him and his wife in a case of fraud in DeKalb County, GA The man’s wife said that they they’ve lived in the home for more than 20 years just to find all their belongings in the front yard. The man who moved in used fraudulent documents to take over the property. To make matters worse, the elderly home owner was arrested for refusing to leave. Our law and justice system is beyond broken.
