@eWeLinkapp has gone offline here in Brazil. Alexa, IFTTT connection is not working or extremely delayed. All devices are blinking and only responding using LAN connection. Is there a #ewelink network status page?
@bsoleary Zendesk makes helpdesk management software, they are using our software to manage their ticketing and help center. We don't do customer support for their products, just provide the software they use.
@bsoleary We're not impressed with the response there either, but please be aware that we don't provide customer support for the companies that use our software. You're going to want to reach out to OWL directly to try to make sure that gets addressed.
