I am sad to learn of the passing of Houston ISD Chief Information Technology Officer Scott Gilhousen. It was clear every day how dedicated Scott was to HISD and its students. He was an outstanding leader and a truly kind human being. Let me say this… for most of us, when a judge believes that a person will intimidate or threaten a witness, they would be held in custody (if the relevant jurisdiction’s law allows)… (Diddy) BUT we’ve seen multiple gag orders in lieu of incarceration for this other well know defendant with cases pending in not 1 or 2 or 3 jurisdictions, but 4…. This is what an actual 2 tier justice system looks like.
