@Metra why has the Rock Island’s on time performance the past few weeks been poor, both inbound and outbound? Today is another example being 15 minutes late.

@Metra why does the 5pm Rock Island to Joliet continue to miss station times? This train has not been on time, too often, over the past three weeks.

@SouthwestAir today is another example of why after 20yrs of flying SWA I made the right decision & switched to United. I was relying on the Wi-Fi on flight 1403 to get some time sensitive work completed, however this is now becoming a regular occurrence when I have to fly SWA.

@Metra a Rock Island conductor will not enforce the mask requirement because Metra Police will not either. I thought Pres. Biden made this a requirement? Your commercials about how safe your trains are is false advertising. Do your job

@SouthwestAir do you think you can satisfy the customer and having the WiFi fixed on my flight (#5565). Was looking forward to being productive this morning, & that is not going to happen now. Also, delayed because of the ground crew not getting the bags on the plane on time.
