To the people who are crying because I use 'best model ever' quite often: I'm not testing cheeseburgers here. I'm not testing a product that's been solved for hundreds of years I'm testing an emerging, hyperscaling technology that is getting trillions of dollars invested into it You should be more surprised if I ever review a model and DON'T say it's the greatest ever Why would they release a model that was worse than the previous version? If OpenAI released ChatGPT 5.6 and it was worse than 5.5, the global economy would crash. It would prove the trillions of dollars being invested into AI was a waste and we hit a wall "Greatest tech ever" should be the expectation for every model release. Anything less is a massive disappointment and horrendous waste of money What should be more surprising? If Opus 5 is better than Opus 4.8 or worse than Opus 4.8? As for why almost EVERY review I do is highly complementary: I don't review models I don't like. I don't use models for 5 minutes then film videos. I use models for hours if not days, build tons of tooling and products, then tell you what I think. I'm not going to use crap models for hours and waste my time. Why would I use anything other than the best? It's the reason you've never seen me release a video on a Meta model or 99% of the Chinese models. They're not good. Why would I spend hours using them? I'm only going to use the best models for enough time to give you an educated review If I ever release a video for a model and don't call it incredible, then that company must have put a gun to my head because I'm not going to spend hours using a technology that doesn't impress me If any of this bothers you, I got good news, the unfollow button is in the top right. @mattvanswol @PatriciaHeaton I just got a bill from the IRS for a balance due of $6k for a small business that, after 27 years, I shuttered a year ago. It might be due, it might be an error, but the government will chase me down while allowing billions in fraudulent payments. This is not the way.

@PatriciaHeaton Based on the response to this video, I'd say 99% of everyone is feeling this way. It's just so frustrating to see fraudsters get away with serious, massive crimes while normal people like me are working our asses off. It's gotta stop. Something has to dramatically change.
