@spparkle We do multiple things to try and ensure reliability though sadly can’t always mitigate against cancellations - though 3 times is clearly really unfortunate. Our team will always try to step in to help as well though so please do let us know if you’d like that.

Thus far all three @bubbleChildcare sitters I’ve booked have cancelled last minute. Sigh. Guess this is what people pay agencies for?

They’re free to set their rates and we champion their rights to be properly paid for the amazing service they provide. ❤️

@bubbleChildcare Yes - they have been in touch but no effective solution. What is your guaranteed payment period if the client fails to pay? Job finished c. 11pm on Friday 21st April.

@bubbleChildcare what are typical turnaround times on payments? A friend looked after kids on Friday night and still no payment pushed by their parents / the client. As of Tuesday, 8pm.

@bubbleChildcare I hear good things about your service in general but bad things about the endless loops you get stuck in trying to register for the app AND ITS ALL TRUE...... I can't compete registration and it's draining my will to live. Please can someone assist
