we got featured by @Forbes as a Top Startup to Watch from Y Combinator W26 🚀 A few months ago, we realized something uncomfortable: we were building @bubblelab_ai for the wrong audience. Developers liked it. But the people who REALLY needed it were ops teams. So during our YC batch, we refocused the product around them. Three weeks into @ycombinator and we finally got our first YC pic!! Here's the quick backstory behind @bubblelab_ai : Zach and I met at Cornell Tech. We built our first company gymii.ai together, scaled it to thousands of users. And then hit a wall. Email updates. Newsletters. Data pipelines. Lead sourcing. The list kept growing. We were spending more time on repetitive tasks than actually building. We started asking: "If a small team like us has this many things to automate, what about everyone else?" That's when Bubble Lab was born. We rebuilt workflow automation from scratch with one obsession: what if automating work was as simple as describing what you want? No code. Just automated our weekly newsletter workflow using @bubblelab_ai ! Here's what it does: - Pulls updates from our dedicated Slack channel where we dump updates as they happen (events, product features etc) - Structures everything into a clean HTML email - Connects to our Postgres database to fetch user details - Sends 3,000+ personalized emails to our user base What used to take hours now runs automatically, scheduled to go out every Saturday. If you're spending too much time on repetitive workflows, it's worth exploring automation. Prompt once, automate forever :)

What a way to celebrate Christmas 🎄by hosting our first-ever hackathon! We teamed up with @Lovable and @mentormates to empower builders in Hong Kong to build Christmas gifts. The creativity was unreal: from personality-based advent calendars, to 3D Christmas trees connected to Instagram photos, to smart gift generators!! It was especially exciting to see how teams used @bubblelab_ai to power meaningful backend functionality, then paired it with beautiful Lovable frontends. Thoughtful ideas, shipped fast. Huge thank you to my cohosts for making the entire event run so smoothly ❤️ Feeling incredibly grateful and very excited for many more to come~

Just tried @bubblelab_ai and I’m actually blown away Best way I can describe it is if @cursor_ai and @n8n_io had a baby This afternoon I built a full sales qualifier workflow in three prompts: – defined a target segment (e.g. Shopify store owners) – identified market leaders – analyzed their social presence + inferred priorities – extracted contact details – generated outreach emails + sales call talking points – compiled everything into a single Google Sheet It got it right with zero errors As tools like this emerge, the hard part stops being building workflows and starts being understanding them The advantage moves to people who deeply understand the domain and know what questions are worth asking Props to @Selinaliyy and the Bubble Lab team! This feels like a glimpse of what AI-native ops should look like.

We got into @ycombinator!! This was our third time interviewing with YC. In April, we were still building gymii.ai and got rejected because it wasn’t clear how we could win in the nutrition market. In August, we had just started @bubblelab_ai , and were still validating our infrastructure by launching multiple vertical products on top of it. This time, we went in focused, confident, and with real traction, demonstrating our open-source, TypeScript-first automation platform that’s quickly being adopted by automation agencies and builders. We couldn’t be more excited to join YC and accelerate everything we’ve been building.
