My mother was convicted of murdering my father, and for six long years, the whole world believed she was guilty. But moments before her execution, my little brother wrapped his arms around her and whispered, “Mom… I finally know who planted the knife under your bed.”............

Thank you @DrJoeAbah for reaching out to us on this matter. Kindly DM the WhatsApp number so we can update law enforcement agencies accordingly. We have already notified @LinkedIn headquarters about this and published several disclaimers and cautionary statements….
Dr Joe Abah, OON@DrJoeAbah

I received a LinkedIn connection request from Prof. Folasade Ogunsola @UnilagVC in March. I accepted and we connected. She then sent me her WhatsApp number for ease of communication and we have been chatting and exchanging pleasantries since then. Two days ago, the number started to send me what were clearly 419 fraud messages. I have reached out to her on LinkedIn and by text message to ask if her WhatsApp has been hacked but there has been no response. It just struck me that the person with the WhatsApp number may have created the LinkedIn profile for fraud purposes. Anyone who knows Prof Ogunsola should please alert her to this. I am reluctant to share the WhatsApp number here in case it is her real number and it’s just her WhatsApp that has been hacked. Thank you.

Solar owners in Nigeria, let me tell you something nobody is talking about. You spent ₦3M–₦8M on panels, inverter, battery. You're generating 15–20kWh a day. Your house uses maybe 8–10kWh. The rest? It sits in your battery until it's full. Then your charge controller just… stops. Your panels are literally cooking in Lagos sun producing power that goes NOWHERE. Meanwhile, the neighbor next door is spending ₦5,000/day on fuel. The tenant upstairs is rationing between charging her phone and running a fan. The shop across the street closes shop by 4pm because they don’t have gen. You have surplus power. They have unmet demand. There's a 10-metre cable between you. But there's no system to meter it, bill for it, or make it safe. That's what @tspowergrid is. We built the missing layer- a smart metering hub that sits between your solar system and your neighbors. It tracks every kilowatt-hour. Neighbors top up via WhatsApp/Telegram. You set your own price. ₦150/kWh, ₦200/kWh- whatever makes sense for your street. Earnings hit your dashboard in real time. Here's the full picture: THE HOST (you): You own the solar system. You install our Gateway Hub. You become a micro-utility. You earn ₦80K–₦150K/month from 3–5 neighbors. THE NEIGHBOR: They get cheaper power than petrol gen (₦200/kWh vs ₦330+/kWh for fuel). No capital outlay. No generator maintenance. No noise. No fumes. They just tap and pay. THE HUB: Our hardware smart meters at each connection point. It measures generation, consumption, battery state, and billing. All data flows live to our cloud platform. THE PLATFORM: Real-time dashboard. Earnings tracking. Neighbor management. Wallet top-ups. Withdraw to bank. This is the actual business. We're not a solar company. We're a platform company. Solar is just how hosts get onboarded. THE BILLING: Prepaid wallet system. Neighbor loads ₦2,000 via WhatsApp. Meter deducts as they consume. When wallet hits zero, power pauses. No arguments. No "I'll pay you later." No awkward conversations. Now let me address the FEAR: NEMSA just released new guidelines because fire incidents from solar installations are INCREASING across Nigeria. Battery explosions. Inverter overheating. Bad wiring. Mixing old and new batteries. No BMS on lithium setups. Kano's Singer Market burned twice in two weeks- solar battery explosion suspected. ₦5 BILLION in damage. This happens when there's no monitoring. No management system. No one watching the data. Our hub monitors your system 24/7. Battery temp. Charge cycles. Load distribution. Fault alerts go straight to your phone via the web app. This is what "managed solar" means. Not just install and pray. THE BUSINESS MODEL: If you don't have solar → Full Stack package. ₦6M, 5kW system, 3-month installment. Panels, inverter, lithium battery, gateway hub, meters for 3 neighbors, installation, 12-month warranty. If you already have solar → Upgrade Kit. ₦800K+. We add the metering layer, connect your neighbors, and you start earning in days. We take a 5% platform fee on transactions. That's it. You keep 95% of what your neighbors pay. IBPM installers, solar companies, estate managers- we're not competing with you. We're giving your customers a reason to say yes faster. "This system pays for itself" is the most powerful sales line in solar. We make it true. This is not a concept. The platform is live. Data loop is working. First Lagos pilot is being installed. Be your own Power Grid.
TSPowerGrid@TSPOWERGRID

Your solar panels are generating power you're not using and that's money walking out the door. T&S Power Grid lets you sell that surplus directly to your neighbours through our smart hub and app. You set the price. They pay prepaid. You earn in real time. tspowergrid.com/waitlist

One thing that has significantly improved in Lagos over the last 10 years is traffic. Moving around used to be so scary and stressful, but it’s much, much better now, in my own experience. I wonder if it’s the same for everyone, or it's just along my regular routes.

Someone reached out to me asking whether it’s better to buy a brand new industrial sewing machine or a fairly used one. So I decided to put this out there for anyone currently planning to invest in an industrial machine. If you have the budget, a brand new machine is usually the safest option. You get peace of mind, a warranty, and the confidence that no one has tampered with the parts. You’re also less likely to start spending money on repairs immediately after purchase. However, that doesn’t mean a used machine is a bad idea.

Confidence does not always need to announce itself loudly. Sometimes, it is simply the ability to stay grounded, stay focused, and keep moving with clarity regardless of the noise around you. This journey has continued to remind me that people connect most with sincerity, presence, and consistency. We begin another week with purpose and gratitude. #SamuelMawuyonAjose #SMAGold #Lagos2027

Please o make una help me I need answers ooo twitter for lawyer and house association. If you pay hose rent to your landlord last year and your rent is supposed to be due July this year Early this year landlord served you quit notice and she put the exact date your house rent will expire which is July ending. I believe the landlady doesn’t have the right to threaten you or disturb you to vacate the house until your rent expires. Now she is insisting she doesn’t care that she needs her house even when you haven’t gotten an apartment yet. She said it her house and she can decide when to send anyone out . Well I told her she can only say this to me, if only I am owing her house rent. She said I must vacate her house in the next 7days she doesn’t care that she will refund the remaining months remaining Mind you she received her house rent in full last year without issues. She increased the rent and I said I won’t be paying for the new increasement from next year, that I need a bigger space. So that was what warrant the quit notice Please I want to know is this right?

A Delta State High Court Judge collected a ₦6 million loan from Union Bank in July 2008… and died barely ONE MONTH later before paying back a kobo. Her children later discovered she had about ₦15 million in her FIRST BANK account. They used the money for burial expenses, shared the balance among themselves (“next of kin must chop” 😭), and moved on. Union Bank heard this gist and they immediately dragged the kids to the High Court of Delta State. The children refused to repay the loan, arguing: “How can someone with ₦15 million in her account still borrow ₦6 million? And besides, our mother never told us about any loan.” Shockingly, the High Court agreed with them. But Union Bank carried the matter to the Court of Appeal… and won. The children still no gree. They rushed to the Supreme Court, insisting it was unfair to make them repay money that had already been spent and shared. The Supreme Court entered the chat… and everybody collected premium wotowoto 😭 Can children inherit wealth from a dead parent… but reject the parent’s debts? Find out what the Supreme Court held in Daura & Anor v Union Bank at the next #XSpacesMonthlyCaseDiscussion with @LawPavilion on Saturday, 16 March 2026 by 11AM.

Story time 😭😭  So we went to Nigeria last Christmas. Around October, we bought our tickets from Lagos to Asaba because we had an event. About 350k one way per person, so roughly 1.4M for a family of four.(Global Pricing 😩😩). We get to the airport on time, check in, no issues. Cool. Then it’s time to board and suddenly we just hear people screaming “Lagos Asaba! Lagos Asaba!” Like motor park 😭😭 The terminal was PACKED. At this point I’m wondering what kind of aircraft is carrying all these people. They start loading us into buses to take us to the plane. As JJCs we are struggling to even enter bus 😭 Eventually we enter the last bus. We get to the plane and immediately we climb the stairs, the air hostesses just start shouting: “Find seat anywhere!” “No seat allocation!” I said ah 😭😭 So we squeeze ourselves to the back because the plane is already basically full. My husband starts gisting with the air hostesses, just joking around, asking what exactly is going on. That’s when they drop the first bomb. Apparently there were THREE flights going to Asaba at the exact same time and the airline got overwhelmed, so people were basically just entering any aircraft 😭😭 Meaning the flight you checked into and the actual plane you boarded were two different things entirely. Manifest? Boarding system? Otilor We’re already laughing in disbelief when they drop the second bombshell. The flight is not even flying again 😭😭 The airline had oversold ALL the flights combined and there were about 36 passengers left without seats. Since ours was the last aircraft, we had to wait to see if a bigger plane would come from Abuja to carry the remaining people. About 5–10 minutes later the pilot comes on and confirms everything they said 😭 Another 15 minutes later they tell everybody to come down from the plane. No direction. No announcement. Nothing. We are just standing on the tarmac under the sun around 9am like refugees 😭😭 Then the crew casually walks off. As we’re standing there confused, I turn and see some of the ground crew making content 😭😭 One person filming, another person dramatically walking down the aircraft stairs, touching the plane, posing… meanwhile actual passengers are stranded on the tarmac with zero information. My husband just looked at me and said: “Nigeria is a failed experiment.” 😭😭😭😭 Honestly that sentence finished me. Eventually after standing there for another 10 minutes a bus comes to carry us to another flight and we finally get to Asaba safely. But honestly the level of dysfunction in that country is not normal. The craziest part is everybody behaves like this chaos is completely standard.

My sister in-law and her family(6 people) got to the airport with tickets, the airline was apparently not flying that day.. Their staff was not even there, meanwhile they had tickets with Dates and Airport fi that day. They ended up having to buy last second tickets for 6 people to catch their flights out of Nigeria.. Can you imagine??
