I think we all knew That Buc-ee’s was going to be a huge success. We’re their northern most store at this point and pretty much at the intersection of 70 and 75. What happened opening day was crazy though. Buc-ee’s has told us that the grand opening day numbers were better than any store they had ever opened on day 1! Buc-ee’s sales volume was over $1,000,000 on opening day. All the hotels from Huber to Miller Ln. were sold out over opening day weekend. There’s no true way to understand the overall economic impact this early, but there’s no doubt it’s going to be huge!!

@brettboettcher1 PB2 has added sugar in it and table salt. I wish they'd make one with no sugar and Himalayan sea salt. Do you know a company that does?

You don't need to overhaul your entire life to lose fat. You just need to make better substitutions. Here are 7 swaps that consistently help clients drop 20-100+ pounds: 1) PB2 for Peanut Butter

So PROUD of the Artemis II crew. They are all extraordinary humans dedicated to science & exploration, as well as love for their fellow man… as witnessed here by @AstroVicGlover, the crew captain who joked about taking our little Valentina with him to the moon🌖🚀

💙 World Autism Awareness Day 💙 Today, we proudly celebrate World Autism Awareness Day — a day that means so much to our family. We are incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported Payton on her journey. Your encouragement, belief, and presence in her life — in every facet — have made a lasting impact. Like any journey, there have been bumps in the road. And while some past decisions may have been difficult, we choose to focus on the growth, strength, and positivity that has come from it all. Those moments don’t define Payton — they’ve helped shape her resilience. @ndn @EDREED_NP We want to give a special thank you to Dave Doeren, Don Brown, Marty Smith, and Holly Rowe for their continued support, encouragement, and belief in Payton. We know she’s going to keep striving, growing, and doing great things. The best is still ahead. @danorlovsky7 @PatMcAfeeShow @FBCoachDBrown @CoachPayne__ #WorldAutismAwarenessDay #MaddieStrong #KeepGoing #PurposeDriven 💙

Hi as I have mentioned we are going to take a class and nutrition and exercise at church. We want to give people encouragement and also show them the carnivore eating style. I'm sure you have posted videos of you before and after could I possibly make a request that you repost one of those? Something in the two to four minute length or something in that time frame would be great. Thank you so much.

Unpopular opinion in carnivore spaces: Ribeyes aren't that big of a deal. I've eaten 8 of them. Cooked different ways. Were they good? Yes. Were they a holy grail, die-on-this-hill, refinance-your-house experience? No. I genuinely do not taste a dramatic difference that justifies $17.99 a pound. I'm sorry. I really don't. Give me a good hamburger patty with butter on top. Give me a chuck roast I've had in the slow cooker all day. Give me a top sirloin with some butter. That is a phenomenal meal and my wallet is intact. The ribeye obsession in carnivore culture is real and I understand it. Lots of fat, great marbling, I get it. But fat adaptation does not require a specific cut of beef. Ground beef has fat. Chuck roast has fat. Add butter and you have more fat. Problem solved. If ribeyes are your thing, keep eating them. I am not here to take your steak. But if you've been avoiding carnivore because you think you have to afford ribeyes to do it right, I am here to tell you that is simply not true. You are not missing the holy grail. You are just missing a different part of the same cow. 🐄

@TheJetNamedChet I loved my Heavy Hands. I used them religiously until about 15 years ago. I accidentally left them on the porch and the rain disintegrated the red rubber. That’s how well used they were!

💥💥💥💥💥 What is Heavy Hands? 💥💥💥💥💥 Heavy Hands was invented by Dr. Schwartz in the 1980s. He discovered that the athletes with the highest VO2 max (generally considered the best indicator of cardiovascular fitness) were not cyclists, nor runners, but cross-country skiers. Schwartz found that doing the “Heavyhands Walk” — essentially walking while pumping dumbbells with one’s arms — was the “best way to begin combined, four-limbed movements” and the most natural form of heavy-handed exercise. Do a bicep curl with each step. Periodically, do sets of Lateral Standing Dumbbell External Rotations (T-Rotations), Overhead Triceps Extensions (Dumbbell Triceps Extension Behind the Head), and Arnold Presses (body looks like a T with both arms straight out to the side and then brought back to center chest) while continuing to walk. Also, get some forearm weights (image below). And do all these exercises with them as well. You will have to work up to this. Start with 2 pound hand weights for women, 3 pound hand weights for men. Start by walking around the block. Then 2 blocks. Then 3 blocks. Keep increasing until you are breaking 5K steps a day. Then start increasing the weight of the dumbbells a pound at a time every few weeks. As you approach the higher weights increase every few months. Stop at some point. Monitor your joints. Don't push it. Make sure to stretch every day, more than once a day once you are hitting the higher weight levels. (Do a 2nd walk every day without the weights to get in your 10K steps per day - 12K is better.) This burns the fat off your body. But you won't lose weight unless you are rather overweight because the fat will be replaced by lean muscle - endurance muscle. It happens gradually. Expect it to take a year before you realize you have a lean "hardbody". And no joke, "buns of steel". And your core gets strong because of countering the inertia of the weights going up and down while your core is trying to keep your body vertical. Let me know your thoughts on this. And if you have experience with this form of exercise. Please hit "like" if you appreciate this post. Leave a comment. #HeavyHands

Good morning, ☀️ We brought nothing into the world and we can take nothing out of it. God has given us every single thing that we need right now in this moment today . Be content in all circumstances. It requires work to be content in chaos but in prayer and seeking God and reading His word you will find peace. Stay rooted in your faith🙏

Carnivore crack snack. 🥓 When I first started carnivore I had WICKED cravings for something snacky, crunchy, and salty. This hits every single one of them. Crispy bacon + whipped heavy cream & cream cheese with a little vanilla. Salty. Crunchy. Creamy. Sweet. Zero guilt. Zero sugar. Zero regret. 👑🥩 Drop a 🥓 if you need this recipe.

"Too much protein can be bad for your kidneys" Then we wouldn't have a meta analysis showing that the more protein you eat, the lower the risk of kidney disease. The only way protein can be problematic is if you're getting it from plants.

Clean eating is essential for health, but on GLP-1s, it’s even more critical. A poor diet full of sugar and seed oils can cause your body to reabsorb harmful fatty acids, increasing the risk of pancreatitis. DM me 'CHEATSHEET' for a free peptide guide. #GLP1 #Peptides
