@buddaboy Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. I've had a look into this for you and I can see what you mean, there's a step we've missed that once you click on login from the top right you then have to click on log in to Business online banking. Thanks for bringing that to our 1/2

@CooperativeBank The email subject line is "Welcome to your new business bank account ending nnnn" The "New user registration" doesn't exist on the page after clicking "Login" in the top right corner. The Login button opens a menu which you then need to click "Log in to Business Online Banking"

@CooperativeBank has anybody reviewed the registration process for business online banking recently? Email instructions are wrong to begin with. The whole process is painful, your website doesn’t allow copy/paste on Mobile! And I’m ready to throw my phone at the wall. 😤

Maybe I’m just too used to @StarlingBank on-boarding being so smooth 🤷‍♂️

@RoyalMail five days now for a parcel delivery. Two claimed attempts to deliver. Both lies. What your staff fail to notice is the CCTV camera right over the postbox/intercom/gates. Nobody is there at the claimed delivery attempt times. I have video. Awful delivery service!

@trainbusferry @IKEAUK You're not alone Martin - exactly the same problem happened to my order last Tuesday - waited in as it was on its way, then vanished. I called to be told the hub had lost everything but the hinges from the order! Rescheduled and nothing arrived, again! 🤬

@IKEAUK one of the worse companies I’ve ever had to deal with. First delivery cancelled with little notice due to goods not being delivered to hub. 2nd attempted delivery this morning cancelled as you can’t find the goods in the hub. Total lack of communication or organisation 🤨

@Charlieafc89 @IKEAUK I've got exactly the same issue with delivery. Paid £40 for NOTHING to turn up TWICE now. Stayed in for 2 days waiting for the delivery ... is it XPO Transport that suck?

@IKEAUK is the worst place to ever order from. Absolute joke of a business. How can you order a product, pick a delivery date and it doesn't turn up?! You reschedule it, and the same thing happens. Waited in all day for fuck all, once again!
