HirnerC___Scott Adams: "Be useful"
@Polysesouvient @stephenharper A man banned from owning firearms does NOT buy them through legitimate channels. He and they are ILLEGAL. Hence your comment is idiotic. Were you often dropped as a child? Or was your mother a serious drinker during pregnancy?

@Cherniak If liberals were so confident that their policies are working, why won't they let the Canadian public decide and hold a general election?

There’s lots of talk about what the Gladu floor crossing means. In my view, it means that even somebody like her who disagrees strongly with many Liberal policies recognizes that this government is good for Canada. As long as the Liberal Party is not changing its policies to accommodate her, there is no reason to question where we stand on the issues on which she disagrees. Any Canadian willing to support the Liberals despite holding some views that the Liberal Party opposes should be welcome as long as they do not try to change what we stand for or make statements that would sow division. #cdnpoli

I was quite quiet last night on X because I was so angry angry for a few reasons one the floor crossing two I made a post in support of @PierrePoilievre and expressing my opinion that it's not his fault that this is happening! I am gonna be 100 percent honest you guys i was thinking of stopping creating my own tweets/posts but I woke up and thought hell no I am not letting people who disagree with me win so here I am creating a post explaining my frustration haha To those who are always willing to open conversation and who are always kind even when we share different political views I appreciate you! Have a fantastic day

@CivilAdvantage1 @Elizabe58646393 A simple question that no liberal voter is willing to answer.... If Carney is so confident about getting a majority, why won't he call a general election and then let the public decide?

🚨🚨This is an important message. This is all being done for a reason, it's to exhaust you and get you to disengage. Do not take the bait. The Liberals have had a practical majority since 2019 with the NDP and the Bloc. They can pass any legislation they want at any time, they don't need the floor crossers. They're doing this to discourage you so severely you stop trying, allowing them to rule for another 10 years. Many conservatives will help them by giving up and encouraging others to give up too. This is why the Liberals are trying so hard to get floor crossers, it is wildly demoralizing. It's not about a majority it's about demoralizing their opposition. And it's working on many in our community. Don't let them do it. Stay the course, stay united, keep fighting. If it were Harper or Scheer, the Liberals and the media would do be doing exactly the same thing. If anything, we should be intensifying our effort not taking our toys and going home. Are you the kind of person that can keep fighting or do you quit when it gets too difficult?

Break their trust. Mock their outrage. Watch them disengage. Notice the pattern?

To all the fence sitters you might want to read this. There is no political party in Canada coming to save you. Canada is finished. The only way is Alberta Independence.
Jon Alberta Patriot@JonFromAlberta

A lot of Albertans are still stuck in the middle right now. They know Ottawa has been bad for Alberta. They know the country keeps moving in the wrong direction. They know our province gets ignored, talked down to, regulated to death, and then told to be grateful for it. But they’re still hanging onto one last hope: maybe the CPC will fix it next time. Maybe if we just vote harder, wait longer, knock more doors, send more money, and trust the federal machine one more time, somehow th next time will be different. And then what happens? You vote Conservative, and the person you helped elect crosses the floor and helps the other side anyway. That’s the part a lot of people are struggling to come to terms with. It’s not just dissapointment. It’s the feeling that your vote was borrowed, used, and then handed to people you were trying to stop. It makes people feel politically homeless. Like no matter how clearly Alberta votes, somebody else still ends up steering the car. That is exactly why more people are starting to look at Alberta independence seriously. Not because they’re crazy. Not because they hate everybody else. Not because they think it’s easy. But because they’re starting to realize that if your democratic will can always be absorbed, redirected, neutralized, or flat out ignored inside this system, then the system is the problem. A lot of fence-sitters still think independence is too drastic, but continuing down the current path is drastic too. Watching your province vote one way over and over while power flows somewhere else is drastic. Sending representatives to Ottawa and then watching them switch teams after the fact is drastic. Being told to sit down, shut up, and wait for the next election while your future gets negotiated away is drastic. So yes, this meme is aimed at the middle person. The decent conservative Albertan who still wants to believe federal politics can save us. The person who keeps thinking maybe one more election will turn it around. The person who knows something is badly broken, but isn’t ready to say out loud what that might mean yet. At some point you have to ask yourself a simple question: If Alberta keeps voting for change and never gets it, then what exactly are we participating in? Oct 19 vote for independence will be the first time in Canadian history when an Albertan’s vote counts for something. Not a vote filtered through Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec, party strategists, media narratives, and backroom deals. A direct vote on our own future. A vote where Albertans are not just choosing which federal brand gets to manage our decline, but whether we want to keep living under a setup where our voice can be overridden forever. That’s why this matters. The people in the middle need to stop pretending the old playbook still works. How many betrayals are enough? How many “next elections” are enough? How many times do Albertans have to vote for one thing and get the opposite before we admit this isn’t representation?

I hope he doesn't. That's what the Liberals are hoping for. They want to instill doubt in conservatives as to his leadership ability. That's their overall grand plan. If he gets replaced, they'll call a general election within 90 days and it will guarantee them and elected majority government of which they can brag about. They would not be doing all these underhanded deals if he was not a threat to them.

I hear from residents all over Ottawa that they are deeply concerned about rising levels of homelessness all over the city and especially downtown. That's why I pledged to end youth homelessness by 2030. And that's why today I introduced a motion at city council to accelerate our investment in supportive housing to help the most vulnerable. Supportive housing is one of the keys to ending homelessness. It's an investment, not an expense, because it keeps people housed, with the supports they require, and reduces ambulance trips, emergency room visits, and hospital stays. Ottawa has an opportunity to lead the way in responding to homelessness. It's a key step in revitalizing our downtown. Let's supercharge supportive housing and keep moving toward ending homelessness once and for all. marksutcliffe.ca/action-plans/e…

Do you know who didn't cross the floor? In 2018, Maxime Bernier quit the morally and intellectually corrupt CPC because he was fed up with the party’s betrayal of conservative principles. He didn’t compromise. He didn’t flip-flop. He built his own real Conservative party the PPC. While career politicians jump ship for power, Maxime has stayed consistent: Canada First, secure borders, mass deportation, and putting Canadian citizens first. Maybe it’s time to help him help you. #PPC #MaximeBernier #CanadaFirst
