Vibe coding is humbling in a way we don't talk enough about. The AI is great. The prompt is fine. And yet it's still not what you wanted - because you didn't know what you wanted. The fix: ideate before you open the chat. Can't explain it in a sentence? Don't build yet.

In anticipation of AI taking away my job, I have started a Kulfi Cart service in Bangalore. I drive around IT campuses and tech meetups selling multiple kulfi flavors. The first week has been great. We sold 300 kulfis. DM for inquiries. (PS: we give a special discount to vibecoders)

What I'll remember most isn't the output. It's what it felt like to be in a room full of people who genuinely believe anyone can build something real. VibeCon didn't just make that argument. It proved it. Grateful for the chaos. Grateful for the people.

I had participated #vibecon beautifully organized by @nitprashant @emergentlabs team. It was an amazing experience. It is not easy to organize such a grand event. If you weren’t part of it, don’t worry you will get an opportunity. I saw some amazing products and met builders who were deeply passionate about what they were creating. With 250+ products being showcased in a short time, judging is never easy. That only reminded me how much effort goes into building something truly meaningful. But the experience was mindblowing kudos to @emergentlabs team to finish this event at global level. They showed how a world class, global level hackathon should be organized. It was not hackathon, it was a festival. Hats off to you guys. My advice don’t go to hackathon to win, got to build something which you were waiting for very long time. And to meet like minded people. You will learn a lot from them.

If you were at Vibecon and submitted your build but didn’t win, do this: - Put out a video explaining what you built. - DM folks you always looked up to and ask them to try it. - DM folks who you think might like your idea. - Get at least 20 people to use it and give you real feedback. - Validate it as a business idea, not a hackathon project. - Don’t waste energy questioning every decision that went against you. You’ll never get those answers. What you will have is what you built in two days and the experience of doing it under pressure. That’s worth more. - Don’t fall in love with the idea. - Don’t press yourself thinking about why you didn’t win. - The greatest win for a tech product is when users pay for it. And more importantly, never stop building!
