This law is written into the fabric of nature itself. The flesh must die to the will of the spirit, a metaphysical seppuku: an honorable cut that ends the old life so the true self can ascend. You cannot keep building on foundations that have already failed you. Old comforts, old identities, old ways must be laid in the ground. All you need is faith: the unshakable conviction that the promised reward, the coming fruit, outweighs the fleeting pleasure of staying intact. Your future, your very life, depends on this sacrifice.

@RobLipsett I went to Sirmione Italy and it was nice quiet but not far from everything. Definitely a great spot to see. Can’t go wrong anywhere in Italy

Every day presents the same choice. Ease or evolution. Most people don’t fail because they’re incapable. They fail because they repeatedly choose what’s easier. The gap between where you are and where you want to beis filled with small, hard decisions. Make enough of them, and everything changes.

Easy days feel good in the moment. But they quietly make you fragile. You start avoiding resistance. You start negotiating with effort. You start needing perfect conditions just to perform. That’s a dangerous place to be. Choose hard days on purpose. Train when you’re tired. Execute when you don’t feel like it.

Locking in and building before no gym access end of April to end of May. Currently sitting at 163lbs pretty solid. Abs are still there will try to dial down a little more before I leave on training mission. Packing some weights I can use hopefully.
