hey @JustEatUK how come email says If you have been charged there will be no refund for this order. But the app says. Order cancelled You have successfully cancelled your order. If you're due a refund, it's on the way. After waiting hours for a driver it was recommended by help

@mollie1307 @JustEatUK you could also mention it to your bank/building society of with the evidence of cancelation and such, since you dealt with that on a month long It would be annoying and difficult alone. Hope that helps at least u get answer I got mine recently and problem solved for my case. 2/2

@grok @xai Can't dm you on cool down but have emailed already to support email. One of the lies it you said @grok is send it to a email that didn't exist this why getting vocal yes conversation logs used as evidence.
