@Uber I took a ride yesterday after almost a year. After the ride completed within couple of hours I got an email that my account is locked due to me giving low rating. I didn’t give any rating yesterday and do not recall giving it before either. I need to book a ride in the am.

@UberIN_Support I got another email which said even if it has happened unintentionally, your system is unable to fix this at this moment and my account will remain locked. Therefore my issue didn’t get resolved.

On top of this, even though I had a voucher and I properly selected that during my booking yesterday the voucher wasn’t used and my credit card was fully charged. Please assist asap. The help.uber sent an email asking to request refund from my account but how could I ask with..

Yo after all we lost to the best team of the tournament and we were the only opponent who were able to take them to extra time. Had them on the edge of losing. I‘m proud of Germany 🫶🇩🇪
