I’m just saying that there was some basis for the theory not that it’s proof. I doubt the writers would be that heavy handed anyway

I've seen a shocking amount of people that believe Hong Lu should have snapped/distorted/etc. in his canto and I don't think they understand his character in the slightest - Anon

@PMoonconfession Tbh I love Hong Lu he’s been my fave sinner since day 1 but his canto seemed to end pretty abruptly when it was about letting his grief and sadness free. In comparison, Ryoshu gets to have more time on expressing her pain or at least more of a strong reaction

well no the canon version (levi abusing and using his own children as an experiment, and it being an exploration of familial gendered abuse) will always be more compelling than "actually ☝️ they are not his children at all"
