Man there are a lot of good veteran baseball players still free agents I see as I’m watching MLBnetwork.. I know the grading system or “value” of the player is different in today’s game but i’ll take a guy who knows how to drive in 100 and played on winning teams. Or quality backups just to help young players in the day to day grind.

Asked Dave Dombrowski if he believed Justin Crawford would have been able to play for the #Phillies this year. Answer was a quick yes. Was a conversation about bringing him up in early June (Phillies went with Otto Kemp). Phillies want him to play every day if he comes up. He’ll have a chance to compete for a spot in the spring.
