Vaginal atrophy in transmasculine people is common but often missed, symptoms don’t always match exam findings and care needs to be proactive and flexible. Topical oestrogen (for at least 3 months) is first line and won’t affect transition, alongside basic skincare and lubrication advice, with escalation (eg clindamycin / steroids) if considering inflammatory vaginitis. #BHIVABASHH26
