It is with deep sorrow that I announce the untimely passing of the PLU Media Coordinator for Entebbe, Mr. Ndyaguma Justinian. Mr. Justinian tragically lost his life last night in a fatal accident in Garuga, Entebbe, after being knocked down by a vehicle (Registration No. UAU 713M, Nissan). He died at the scene. He was one of the most dedicated and active members of PLU, serving with unwavering commitment and working tirelessly in support of both PLU and the NRM. His passion, loyalty, and selfless service to the cause will always be remembered. We have lost a hardworking cadre, a dependable colleague, and a true patriot. His contribution to the movement and to the people of Entebbe will not be forgotten. Burial arrangements will be communicated in due course. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
