I've been shipping products for months now and people keep asking what tools I actually use. Here's my real design stack (not the fancy stuff I don't touch): 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗨𝗜 I'm not a designer, so I steal inspiration shamelessly 😅 → Figma for mockups, Mobbin when I'm stuck 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 Claude writes my landing pages, SEO blogs and even marketing emails. Saves me hours of staring at blank screens 𝗜𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀 ClaudeCode itself generates icons. ChatGPT if needed. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 Notion for tracking what's working, what's not I tried fancy project tools but always came back to this 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 Canva for quick graphics. Screen Studio for screen recordings. Honestly? You don't need half of this to start. I began with Figma + ChatGPT + Canva. That's it. The rest came later when specific problems showed up. What's in your design stack? Anything here you'd swap out?

building PitchCrier in public🎙️ day 3 ☀️ i'm afraid i'll fail i'm not good enough everyone else is simply better why don't i just quit? 🙁 my mind used to be plagued with that some days it still is and some other days its simply what i used to think the more i work on PitchCrier the more i realise how much it has to do with my 1-on-1 calls i listen to people, sometimes advise them, share my thoughts, propose actions, and wish for their success i dedicate my time because i want to be what i never had someone who honestly gave a f- about my success i want to help founders reaching users giving their products a chance working successfully on their growth finding their PMF @not_fanti helped me realise how much i love doing this just sharing my thoughts, giving my ideas, and seeing someone succeed is absolutely phenomenal now speaking of work... ✅ today I've prepped a master doc ✅ i've also implemented google oauth ✅ and updated events for posthog i'll onboard founders 1 by 1 discuss their products and find out the best strategy and build use cases around that using it this will allow me to evaluate the best strategies understand what people think in different stages and see how it works from both a founder POV but also a pitcher POV i have abso-f-lutely no idea where it'll take me but i wonder if my north star isn't really YOUR success 🌿 this was day 77 of 365 👥 followers: 519 (-2)

🚨⚠️I’m selling my app with an auction. 72 hours window, highest bidder takes it home. Everything, from the codebase, all the assets and animations, hundreds of pages of documents, tens of organic and paid social media accounts. 6 months of hard work. 5$k in development. ALL!

@vali_turbo yeah im really thinking on just going the "crash and burn" approach - I've already found a lot of opinions I have on so many things and it's innevitable to think about the time investment into something that might not go anywhere

No, I completely get it. I think, especially when you come from or when you approach problems with an analytical mind, you always kind of think about, "Okay, what if X happens? What if Y happens?" and begin stressing and overthinking edge cases or unintended consequences. To be honest, the only way I got over that was just thinking to myself, "Okay, screw it, I'll just release it ASAP. It is what it is, and whatever edge cases people find, I'll fix it then." That kind of worked for me. I don't know if it's the best strategy though 😅

last 2 weeks have been brutal in terms of sleep woke up today and decided: i need to be faster will aim for early access release of PitchCrier this sunday

@vali_turbo I use time boxing a lot I just think that in this project I'm slowly getting into the never ending loop of thinking about edge cases and whatnot and that is screwing me up

@picoito 100% I think also it's nice that you have some sort of deadline or rough idea of when you want to finish and just crank it out as quick as you can and see if people are gonna use it. I am so happy and always here to support you bro 💜💜

Ok Claude actually finessed me and pushed to prod some feature I had only scaffolded so I had to quickly finish them. There is now a THUMBNAIL MAKER ! Using the 3D scene building and image generation you can now create thumbnails that perfectly match your vision !
