@upstatefederlst I think then they seize whatever real property he still has in Canada, and initiate extradition proceedings back to America’s Hat for being a tax scofflaw.

I’ve been a Knicks fan for 35 years going all the way back to those great but heartbreaking early 90s teams. It is weird how all the leftists are suddenly pretending they’re such big fans - they’re always desperate to be in the frame of what’s getting attention and need the status of feeling like they’re a part of the action. This tendency broadly makes for a lot of awkwardness in our culture. There’s a desperation to it and it’s never convincing.

80% of Americans want illegal immigrants who commit crimes to be deported. 56% support deporting all who are here illegally. The Secure America Act funds that mission with $69.5 billion for Border Patrol and ICE for the remainder of President Trump’s term.

@RandPaul If people understood the impact illegal immigration is having, and how there are not enough jobs for them and never will be...so Americans support them...

People love victories. When wars end with a negotiated peace, as almost all wars do, the leaders of those nations go back to the people and sell the negotiated peace as a win. Iran does. We do. Nations a thousand years ago did. This is how it always goes.
Charles Brooski@CharlesBrooski

@JesseKellyDC I’d respect the truth a lot more, which is probably closer to, “This is going on too long and costing too much,” rather than, “This is the greatest deal of all time,” which it clearly isn’t.

The speed with which Muslims have replaced blacks as a center of power in the Democratic Party has been breathtaking.

@BlueBoxDave Muslims are only 1-2% of the US population so they will never be a large share of voting base, just a group for progressives to center morally without having to share much real power. Fairly similar to the role Native Americans have played for a while.

@GadSaad There are some people who can get you over here. You know, through the woods and a farmer's field. From there, we meet you at the gas station in VT. You just can't take everything.

I decide to leave Quebec/Canada because: 1) the taxation system is astounding, rendering it nearly impossible to accumulate enough money to truly retire 2) the government's open immigration policies have made it unsafe for my family to remain here (due to the exponential increase in Jew-hatred). Today I found out that I shall have to pay a departure tax for exercising my right to leave, and the money that will be taken from me (because the obscene amount of taxes that I've already paid in full is not enough) will be given to new incoming immigrants who hate Jews. My taxes funded my forced exit and will fund the harassment of any remaining Jews in Canada. It would take me 10+ more years of work to save the amount that is likely to be taken via the departure tax. Is this moral? Ethical? Just? In any case, off to bed. Tomorrow is a new day.

@JesseKellyDC I was taking a country drive where all the farms are and such and they had more hometown heroes flags up than anywhere else. By far. It really hit how these warmongers have used and abused these kids.

Michelle Obama is an interesting character because until the past couple years she had very high favorability and polled very well. She can deliver a speech excellently and she absolutely would have had a path to the presidency if she was a happy warrior who didn’t come off as bitter and aggrieved. For whatever reason she couldn’t manage the baseline requisite of keeping her grievances and anger private. Very odd set of ‘choices’ and it’s unclear what any of it has gotten her. She’s a very puzzling figure.

@megynkelly Thank you Megyn. I've been sitting in the chair in my study utterly numb. The US was founded as a revolt against unfair taxation and what I just found out is orders of magnitude worse than that. It is soul-crushing.

Following a very difficult meeting with my accountant, I just found out how much it is going to cost me in terms of an "exit tax" to leave Quebec and Canada. No human being in a free society should have their hard-earned money stolen in this manner. I'm genuinely numb. I'm speechless.

Wish there was a betting market where you could wager against movies like this. Would show everyone these studios/actors know in advance, or should know, that they're throwing cash in the trash. And they do it anyway.
