@marclou most people just dont understand that action creates information. And often it doesnt really matter what's the action. No need to spend all your life trying to come up with the best idea possible. Just get into the arena and start making things, even silly things, as a start

Why do people lose motivation so easily?
Sure, Marc has better distribution. That’s true. But he just proved the idea has value. So become his competitor. One of your advantages over him: he’s building Datafast. You have the space to go all-in.
