After Jose Mourinho was sacked by Spurs then Roma, I thought Benfica was the end of the road for him. Then he goes unbeaten all season and lands the biggest job in world football as Real Madrid manager again. This is the greatest comeback in football managerial history.

your brain will reshape itself around what you consistently pay attention to. the way you talk to yourself, every thought you repeat, every good thing you focus on, every belief, all of it becomes a pattern. and over time those patterns become your reality. “your mind is a magnet. if you think of blessings, you attract blessings. if you think of problems, you attract problems.” i know most of you think self talk is just “motivation” or fake positivity but it’s deeper than that. your brain cells literally rewire themselves based on repetition. the thoughts you practice the most become the thoughts your mind returns to automatically. that’s why negative thinking feels so natural after years of repetition. and that is also why positive thinking feels uncomfortable at first cause you’re building new pathways literally from scratch. so just tell yourself good thing long enough, eventually your brain stops resisting it and starts believing it. and once your brain believes something, it begins searching reality for proof of it everywhere. so just keep believing it long enough and it will become your reality

SHOCKING🚨: Neuroscience confirms that brains cells are directly influenced by self-talk, the internal dialogue or conscious thoughts

🚨 Vini Jr. has broken up with his girlfriend Virginia, she announces on IG: “I'll always allow myself to live. Living something real, without fear, without calculations and without stopping who I am. While we were together, I devoted myself a lot, as I dedicate myself to everything I intend to do in my life. After all, I've always worked hard, always been very focused on my dreams and my responsibilities. But I'm also a woman, and I allowed myself to live this without creating any barriers, valuing the respect I have always had within any relationship. Throughout my life, I've learned never to negotiate what, in my opinion, is non-negotiable. So when something doesn't make sense, I'd rather have the maturity to close with affection than remain for it. Today, we choose to respect each other's way. I cheer a lot for Vinícius' happiness and success, and all of that with lots of affection. I ask for the respect of everyone and that it should be a page turned in the life of everyone, just as it will be in mine! Thank you.

You can wake up one day and decide you're done being the person who kept sabotaging your own life. no big breakthrough. no perfect moment. just a decision to become someone who wins. a decision that they were done being the version of themselves that kept losing. done being the version who kept looking for the perfect time. they just start. they work 12 hours a day, they show up when it’s boring, they show up even when nothing is working and quitting would be the most logical thing to do. they just kept showing up most people never get there. not because they’re not capable. but because they kept waiting. waiting for motivation. waiting for permission. waiting for someone to believe in them first. the people who change their lives don’t wait for any of that. they just close the door, do the work, and stay consistent long enough for the results to have no choice but to show up. no luck is coming. no one is coming. it’s just you, the decision you made, and how long you’re willing to stay in the room before the room starts changing around you. stop waiting. stop overthinking. stop asking if you’re ready. you already know what to do. just keep showing up, do the work, and repeat until your life has no other choice but to change

Most swing traders blow up not because of one bad trade, but because open risk quietly compounds across positions. 5 average setups can still become one oversized bet if they’re all correlated.

How to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time: – Keep calories 10% above maintenance, roughly 200 to 300 calories over. The surplus should come primarily from quality protein. – Protein is the key variable: aim for 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of body weight. Studies show that adding 80 to 100 grams of protein on top of habitual intake leads to fat loss, not fat gain. – Distribution of protein throughout the day matters less than hitting the total daily target. @TheAlanAragon on the @hubermanlab podcast

If after 40-50 years, any kid wonders why his grandparents keep you talking about this guy, just make sure to show them this clip. This is a guy who has conquered almost everything. He has every Trophy in the bag. But still look at that attitude. "What an honor to be playing at this level." He considers this an honor. Just to play. We often say this line about players "He has graced the field with his presence" And here's Virat, with nothing more to proof, feels that it's an honor for him to be stepping out to play. Technically, players cannot and don't grace the cricket field with their presence, it's the cricket field that honors individuals who truly deserve to be honored. "It's all GOD's grace and I am very thankful." The ending was even better. Staying humble even after so many achievements takes a lot. Virat has set a bar which would be difficult and almost impossible to match for future cricketers. Some 15-year old might break his runs and centuries records but this mentality? I am waiting.

The “Pranayama Effect” is mindblowing. When experienced breathworkers slow their nasal breathing to just 2.5 breaths per minute, they enter non-ordinary states of consciousness with measurable increases in theta-high beta brain connectivity. Theta waves (4–8 Hz) are the brain’s “twilight” state, that dreamy, relaxed zone between wakefulness and deep sleep. They’re most prominent during light meditation, hypnosis, creative flow, and early stages of sleep. Mouth breathing at the exact same slow rate? Doesn’t happen. It’s not just the slowness. It’s the nasal pathway lighting up the brain. Ancient yogis figured this out centuries ago. Modern neuroscience is finally catching up. Ever tried slow nasal breathing? What did you notice?" The 2-4 hours you spend scrolling each day (or 730-1460 hours each year) is more than enough time to write a book, build a business, or get in shape. In the moment, it seems like nothing. That's why it's so dangerous. Your time disappears without you being conscious of it.
