2 months after my initial order @virginmedia and 7 cancelled appointments later they have just called to CANCEL my entire contract as there's a blockage in the line and it's "not in their budget" to fix it. Disgrace

@virginmedia As stated ^^^ they have never given me a reason for anything. Infact today I was told that my appointment for 23rd December was cancelled because "its Christmas" why was the appointment ever made if "it's Christmas"

@virginmedia absolute shambles of a company. 4th appointment cancelled today at last minute or just not showing up. New date is 2 MONTHS after my initial date!

@virginmedia I've spoken to someone today who was no use whatsoever. Offered a dongle but I had to do a credit check that they then couldn't confirm would be processed before Christmas. 6 days off waiting for them so far and now 2 weeks of Christmas holidays/working from home with no WiFi

@virginmedia As far as I have been told there's no reason for the outside construction not being done yet. Infact I've been told that the engineer is "on his way" several times. And an engineer to do the internal works showed up with no way to do the works because no one showed to do the out
