@LonestarMoney For sure going to be tough to move away from. Our mortgage is 6%. Half of that would be amazing lol. So jealous of those who locked it in the 2% and 3% rates.

@cadeinvests Bro I was just talking about that. I have a 2.49% interest rate on our house. It’s gonna be hard to move away from that. Our rate will more than double on the next house

The 17% gain in the S&P 500 over the last 8 weeks is the 20th biggest 8-week gain for the index since 1950. What has happened in the past following the biggest short-term rallies? Above-average forward returns (+27% average over the subsequent year vs. +11% in other periods).

@money_cruncher All the talk on here is usually around Costco. Are Sam’s benefits comparable? Just curious since I don’t have a memberships to either.

My wife and I book our vacations through Costco Travel. We get 2% Executive Member rewards, 3% cash back on Costco Travel with the Citi Costco card, and a ~$300 shop card It’s a better deal than any travel agency gave us. Costco isn’t just for $1.50 hot dogs!
