@freedomschamp @unixterminal Most polite and tolerant Linux user be like
English

@unixterminal Indeed. The worst part is you're actually flexing your bloated .NET garbage. HR/management type mfkers like yourself have ruined software. You are incompetents. Going through your repo shows you have never written a piece of native software in your life.

@cadenzza_ I doubt that will match as FE for the compatibility reasons with enterprise features should maintain some legacy features and it has some cloud integrated for enterprise. If it is near to match though, it will be neat. Winui3 new compositor gives me hope + remove of web component
English

@cadenzza_ The problem isn't just about file Explorer. It's about the file system NTFS, it's been used since the first windows. They must replace it with something new.

@davidfowl Native Teams, and native Outlook should be priority 0 IMHO. And thats like true native, even classic win32 Outlook has WebView2 embedded in it :/

@asha_shar Hi Asha, this is a long shot and I get it, but there's an old game that was published by Microsoft Games called Freelancer. It's highest rated game to get revived on @GOGcom so if there's anything you can do in that regard it would be awesome!

What timing! Build 26300.8289 FINALLY replaces the spinning dots on the login screen and shutdown/restart/etc. screens with the newer spinning animation seen on the boot screen. 🥳

With more talk and hope around UI consistency in Windows 11 recently, I really hope these old Win8 spinning dots on the login and shutdown/sign out/etc. screens finally get updated this year. Please.

I think it's long overdue of @MicrosoftEdge K2 project to get this once good browser back from abyss of enshittification to something less bad windowscentral.com/microsoft/wind…

@bacadd @wenti_man @designedbyabin @PeterDawoud @pavandavuluri @marcusash @marchr @brandonleblanc Again, it's refreshing to see MSFTies talking a bit more openly about things and I am very happy to see that, and I hope I didn't come up offensive or hateful - I just want to see Windows get better for everyone, and K2 gave me a spark I lost for years now. Thanks!

@bacadd @wenti_man @designedbyabin @PeterDawoud @pavandavuluri @marcusash @marchr @brandonleblanc ... but I am not fine when the functionality itself is suffering, and that's what I think are the real pain points. Customers like customization because it feels like they have control over things they actually don't - car stickers won't increase HP type of thing

@TarasBuria I ended up rebooting and it went fine after that. Thanks (cc @marcusash , onboarding to WIP feedback right here :) )

@marcusash @JenMsft Plus, I can't imagine how it felt seeing people complaining and her knowing help is on the way, especially in pre-K2 days :D
English

@marcusash @JenMsft commenting just to say that I have utmost respect for Jen, her work and patience with *many* folks out there on Twitter and Reddit, she's always polite, helpful and really a great person.
English

Many of you know @JenMsft. She has been *instrumental* in shaping the work we are committing to do in synthesizing a whole lotta of feedback. She is my key partner in ramping and in taking WIP forward. Expect to see and hear more from us as a team. Thank you Jen for all you do in keeping us grounded in the voice of our customers. 🙏🏽
