Yeah i mostly agree bro! I think it depends what you count into your ROI tho. Purely scaling ur business and making more money for example yeah i can see your point 100%. But stuff like experiences and making friends is hard to account for. Literally the guy i have my current business with i met at uni haha and he’s one of my closest friends as well. I do get where your coming from tho

@caderads yeah I get your point. but still learning the business on our own has bigger ROI than all of the things you mentioned also, if you wanna become a lawyer or a doctor, you actually have to get the degree. these are the only valid degrees

At what point people will stop going to universities? You're wasting 5 years and spending $50k+ on learning business from a bum who drives Toyota Yaris. Read books, learn advertising, start posting on X. I guarantee you'll know more about business within 1 year.

@umzrs When we try work with brands one of the best things we notice is when someone acc cares about their brand. They are soo much more likely to be cooperative and actually want to scale

If you don't genuinely care about what your brand solves, just don't start it The market will expose you eventually Customers feel when you're just going through the motions The founders who care will always out-perform you. Every single time

Bogdan | Ad Creatives for Meta & TikTok
If you want to create winning ads for your brand... You need to be stop thinking about: - Campaign structures - Saving money on creatives - Copying your competitor's ads And start focusing on: - Letting creatives do the work - Spending on quality actors and scripts - Breaking off and positioning against competitors

You can run your entire ad account from one CBO. **Step 1: Launch your CBO with one ad set for winners** → All your top performing ads live here → This is your "scaling winners" ad set with a normal cost cap **Step 2: Add a new ad set for every angle or emotion you want to test** → Set a min spend limit on each testing ad set at 3-4x your average CPA → Average CPA is $50? Min spend is $200/day → This guarantees enough daily purchases to actually validate the test **Step 3: As tests win, duplicate them into your scaling winners ad set** Your winners graduate from testing into the historical performers ad set. Clean rotation. **Important:** Some new tests will cause Meta to dump all your budget into the testing ad set. You don't want that. → Add a max spend limit on testing ad sets to cap them → Min spend: $200/day → Max spend: $400/day Most of your spend should stay in the historical winners ad set. Testing ad sets are supporting players, not the show. **Who this works for:** Brands spending under $2000/day. → Simple structure → Forces spend into new tests → Scales winners automatically

We took an eCom brand from a 0.33x to a 2.02x ROAS in 30 days. The previous agency quit. The brand stopped running ads for a year. We changed 3 things: > consolidated into one campaign > rebuilt the creative around the actual customer persona > shifted visual language toward a premium, high-income aesthetic CPM went from $35 to $137. Scary on paper. Correct in practice. The new CPM matched the new audience.

Is this better than Higgsfield? I have been using it for a few days now, and the possibilities are endless. @superscale_ai remembers your branding, product, offer (like Claude), but can also generate images (like Higgsfield) and have editing capabilities (like Canva) I have wasted so much time creating statistics where 80% was ok, and a small section has an error. I highlighted the error, and the AI went crazy and did everything wrong. Now this is part of the past
Superscale@superscale_ai

The #1 reason marketers waste credits on AI ad tools: They regenerate the entire image when they only needed to fix the headline. Here's a faster way: Right-click on any area of your static in Superscale. Select just that part. Describe the change. Done. Logo in the wrong spot? Select it, move it. Wrong object in the background? Select it, swap it. Headline needs tweaking? Select it, rewrite it. You can even queue multiple edits on the same image before sending and fix the headline AND the background in one go. For broader changes like a different format or language, attach the image to chat and describe what you want. Need 8 versions in a different language or aspect ratio by end of day? Select all of them, one prompt, done. That's how you go from generated to launched.

I’ve seen a few brands recently running the same ad for like 6 months. Here’s what i noticed about them: The creative was ugly e.g. Phone footage, bad lighting, no music etc But the hook called out a pain point so specific that anyone who had it stopped scrolling immediately. Good targeting starts in the copy, not the ad settings. That should be your focus imo, just make better ads

You have to zoom out and realize how small of a group people are on ECOM twitter consuming too many posts here can make you feel like everyone is running laps around you that's a good thing for you to strive for more but a bad thing is making you feel like you can't compete due to it just went to an event where people were astonished by me helping them setup a purchase conversions campaign these people aren't in the wrong, just still getting started and there was 10x more people there than what you'll see deep on x of people crushing it

If you’re a smaller ecom brand out there that can’t spend much on ads, I would highly recommend focusing on deeply understanding your customer (understanding their pain points, the language they use etc) and doing the research manually so you can actually get it in your brain. We did that recently for a smaller brand and they went from spending $7/day and now about to be $100/day with budget increasing pretty much every week. Nothing crazy but for them it was a big thing because they never spent like that before. Don’t skip out on the research, it will help you so much with your ads.
