Promote water, electricity, and gas connections from Fujian to Kinmen and Matsu. 4. Promote full resumption of cross-Strait direct passenger flights, including allowing Kinmen to use the new airport near Xiamen. 5. Establish mechanisms to facilitate Taiwanese agriculture and allow it to participate in Chinese markets, on the basis of opposing "Taiwan independence." 6. Improve fisheries access across Taiwan, including allowing Taiwan-caught products into Chinese markets. 7. Provide registration for Taiwanese food products in Chinese markets. 8. Study establishment of new cross-Strait markets, including allowing smaller Taiwanese firms access to expands into China. 9. Allow the introduction of "politically appropriate" Taiwanese TV shows and movies to China. 10. Promote resumption of pilot programs for individual travel to Taiwan for residents of Fujian and Shanghai province.

A boat with around a dozen armed men onboard just attacked a cargo vessel near the Bab al-Mandeb Strait in the Red Sea. The attack failed as they couldn’t board the ship. Looks like the Houthis are starting attacks to close the Strait and the route through the Suez Canal.
