@iamkoshiek @BC_Dylan_ You do realize that using a dollar adjusted return for the JSE top 40 and JSE all share index would show that both NAS100 and S&P500 has outperformed south africa over the past 20 years🤣 you cant compare monopoly money to the USD

@ECentrist71532 @BladeoftheS The difference comes from China exporting more than the US is importing. Consider an imaginary scenario: the US imports all of the penguin exports of a small island. That would be 100% of exports for that island but less than 1% of imports for the US. US and China is the opposite

China does 8% of its trade with the USA. 8%, if it does 0% they won't really care. The USA gets more than 40% of its stuff from China. The USA will be completely destroyed.

@wilkinsoncape @wilkinsoncape am i correct in saying no adjustment to income tax brackets is a loss for SA citizens when taking into inflation. You will be getting taxed more per each inflation adjusted rand that you earn.

I have an idea. Re-bond your house, take the cash and pay rent to the bank. When they come for your land they can ask the banks for the title deeds. Let corporate SA, who has sucked up to government for years and never had any backbone, take the risk.

@kwets11 Is it possible for people to opt not to work if the minimum wage were R3000, they could choose unemployment and only accept jobs that are R4800+? This also gives people the opportunity to work who are willing to do it for R3000.

Gareth you’re such an open minded individual so I think you’re the exact type of man that would accept this challenge. I challenge you to work for 6 months on a budget of R3000, food, transport, school fees, electricity, room to rent and more must be paid for using that amount.

We seriously need to have an honest discussion with SA Banks. How does a person pay for their home for 19 years straight without any problem, then faces financial difficulties for a couple of months then the banks become aggressive and take their home? Why does this happen to mostly black clients?

JUPJUNE (june), will be the last month of Voting Rewards, when you can vote for project on LFG launchpad. Then JUPLY (july) is coming and we will get: ◆ 50M $JUP for voters ◆ Price of $JUP to 2$ ◆ 75% Launchpad Fees $WEN ◆ Mb beta test of Mobile App ◆ Partnership with big number of projects ◆ 0.75% of token supply from $ZEUS, $SHARK, $UPT, $SNCTM. ➜ Still a good time to accumulate some $JUP, I think the pump will be after or closer to distribution rewards.

@MarioNawfal - be honest - how many tokens did Entangle gift you to tweet about them? What is your exposure to this project? You claim to be an investor (doubt it) so how about you provide receipts. You been pushing so many projects you’re an “investor” in - holding spaces when they launch at a 10x - 15x profit margin for your bags, and then you exit your position and never mention the project again. Perfect example is @beoble_official and $BBL Weird that somehow you’re involved in all this tokens that when they launch, anyone who buys immediately on launch is down like 50%

@universal_so @fernandowavesfx America is the powerhouse of the world, S&P is the index that represents majority of the american stock market, most likely case is that if america feels some sort of recession it ripples to the rest of the world, some economies feel it worse some less…

@MohitRs73 @SantiagoAuFund Its definitely a chart showing supply of US dollars, if demand increased while supply stayed constant we would see an appreciation (strengthening) of the US dollar. When supply increases while demand stays flat we see high inflation rates

@SantiagoAuFund Demand, imo. Why do you think the last 40 years were the era of falling inflation and interest rates just after when offshore eurodollar and petrodollar became fully functional? It's because the demand for USD and US assets kept increasing and that suppressed both US economic /1

Let's test how smart everyone still here is: You just won the lottery. You're given two options: 1) $10 Billion cash up front, after taxes 2) $1 a day for the rest of your life Which option do you choose and why? There's only one correct answer.
