Think it could end up being maybe 35k, but unless everything has changed to casts and structural packs, there's no way this is going to be under 30k. Even if Tesla could do that, I has no reason to do so. There is plenty of demand for the 3, but it just needs enough separation from the Y. It shouldn't ever hit under 30k. Ruins the brand and margins unnecessarily.

@cav4lier @unusual_whales If you save your employees 2 hrs of commuting a day, maybe they'll work an extra 30 to 60 min here and there as needed. Still a win for the employees (especially if they have stock based compensation)

Peter Thiel paid staff an extra $1,000 a month if they lived near the office, a former worker said per BI. The billionaire investor offered it so staff "were more likely to stay late," Michael Gibson has written.

@ScottAdamsSays Global warming is real, but the scale of the crisis is manufactured. Tesla is doing great work to help with climate change by reducing overall energy consumption and doing it in a non-invasive way by building better products. Others are trying to make you reduce quality of life

The "98% of scientists agree" belief is manufactured by a system that financially rewards alarm and punishes non-alarm. The "98%" illusion works because humans are unaware of how corrupt scientists are, and the public does not understand that "follow the money" works every time. But I think the pandemic woke us up. Now you can see the machinery of the fraud. It's all as clear as the Biden Crime Family. Which means CNN will ignore it.

@DirtyTesLa @DrKnowItAll16 Just had my own trade in go horribly wrong. Had a few items in the car I came with, and they took the car before I could remove anything. Then they took an hour to not even bring back the whole car, then had to go back to bring the car back. They took the car before I even saw my new Model Y. Is this common practice? Pretty ridiculous that this is a thing. @elonmusk

Apple is a house of cards. It is barely holding things together by forcing itself as the middle man and stealing as much as possible as fees from in-app transactions. This is unsustainable in the long run, and should be seen as huge risk to the stock. Short to medium term, no issue

I just laugh when I hear "worries about new price cuts". 1) Who's talking about price cuts ? When one has a systematic NEGATIVE perspective on life: of course the very worse is always going to happen in 5 minutes! Ridiculous. 2) Who cares about "price cuts"? The strategy here is to TAKE THE MARKET OVER, and when you see the pathetic results and situation that F, GM and so many others are in: the Tesla strategy IS working! 3) Time to DEBUNK the obsession about "margins": I know where it comes from: it is the most simplistic metric which intellectually limited "analysts" are able to "focus" on, so they do. Debunk point: WHO can recite, off the top of their head what the Q to Q "margins" on AAPL were these past 15 years? NOBODY! I remember watching the market on AAPL results during this time and it was: "OMG margins are down 1 %: it's the end of the company", or "Waouhhhh! Margins are up 1 % : it's going to the moon" and one after the other interchangeably depending on completely meaningless noisy Q to Q variations! So tell me how much the "margins" were these 15 years! Do any of those ignorant "analysts" question now that AAPL is a 3 trillion dollars corporation ? Stop masturbating about "margins" !

$TSLA continues to struggle (-12% vs NDX -2% over past 10 days) on worries about new price cuts on existing models, which would pressure auto gross margins and produce little incremental volume lift. Much better for $TSLA to focus on Next Gen $25-$30K EV to broaden TAM to the masses and accelerate volume growth. Many retail bulls find solace in Elon’s comments on 1Q conf call that any new price cuts could be offset by higher FSD revs, but that seems far-fetched with FSD take rates of only 10%. More evidence suggests gigafactories continue to prepare for a refreshed Model 3 launch at end of 3Q, which would be very positive. Cytruck appears to be on track for a 4Q delivery launch.

@thehallnet @TeslaBoomerMama @garyblack00 Institutional investors have no idea what to do with disruption and exponential growth. It's like asking a person who adds and subtracts to do calculus. Most people have zero idea how to do anything other than draw a line to show an approximation of a linear regression

@TeslaBoomerMama @garyblack00 Institutional investors look at long-term factors. But they obviously ignore very obvious certainties such as FSD & Optimus.. because it doesn't fit into their 'cookie cutter' spreadsheets. This is a market inefficiency and gives us individuals a HUGE advantage.

@ed_foe11 @TheNBACentral He's passable generally, but he shows surprisingly low ability in the post season where it matters. It's not usually a huge knock on a player like him, but because the Celtics did not have a high quality point guard to man those duties, he was exposed here repeatedly

It's very simple: With other brands, 2-3 years in, you'll want a new one because it's breaking down, maintenance is annoying, and the software becomes unusable (even on day 1, the entertainment unit/navigation feels like a Windows Mobile device from the early 2000s). With a Tesla, you'll never HAVE to get a new one. It will get better with time across literally every feature from GPS to entertainment to performance, and the only reason you'll want a new one 5 to 10 years down the line is because the company innovates so quickly that you may want to actually upgrade, not replace a stale piece of junk with pretty much the same thing 3 years later just to repeat the cycle

@RobertKennedyJr @RollingStone If it wasn't for RFK, I'd have just voted as a Republican this coming round. And I say that as a libertarian-leaning Democrat for the better part of my adulthood. Will not vote for any Dem anymore outside of RFK, whether it's federal, state, or local elections

I interrupt my normal tweet stream for a bit of comedy. @RollingStone (and Congressional Democrats) are irate about a Kennedy super PAC having “ties to” MAGA Republicans. Actually, the “ties” are that it hired an accounting firm that has also done accounting for other PACs, including those of Republicans. Shocking, isn’t it. I hope they continue this bold investigative journalism. They might discover other ties — maybe they used the same janitorial service too. #Kennedy24

@mysteriouskat Well no, it's still merit-based and not at all redistribution. This is capitalism at its best, where you get paid proportional to what you generate. Communism would be if your ad dollars went to a random guy because you just made more than him.

Community notes aren't automatically "the truth". If a critical mass of people believe in disinformation, misinformation, or malinformation from both sides, community notes will still mark certain statements to be the closest approximation of the truth. You're basically arguing from authority only when it is convenient.
