
I have this problem where I can’t turn my brain off. 😫🧠 Sometimes it can be a super power, but most of the time it's really frustrating. ➡️ I'll wake up at 3am and my brain is racing with ideas. ➡️ I'll be chatting with a friend but my brain is thinking about all sorts of stuff unrelated to the convo. ➡️ I'll be 15 min into a movie and I'm lost in thought. ➡️ And worst of all, I'll be playing with my kids but in my head I'm processing all sorts of other things. Have any of you found ways to quiet your brain and be more present?
