This is an even worse indicator of intelligence than literacy b/c it requires infrastructure and opportunities though. Anything else?

Being educated and intelligent is quite similar afterall. An arbitrary number does not give us a good idea of how intelligent people are.

IQ is a better indicator of general intelligence than literary rates which only test for verbal intelligence you clown
