@LindiLou67@YodelOnline Drivers have a round to do, they don't get paid or have time to prioritise 1 delivery over everyone else'. The app sorts them into delivery order so short of manually checking every stop and manually reordering every stop business address' will sometimes be outwith working hours
@YodelOnline I asked you to deliver my parcel to local post office, it’s my wedding dress, so I didn’t want to risk not being in. Why would you try & deliver to a PO at 9pm? Seriously! You are now rescheduling delivery! I’m so cross!

Chances are though it's not the driver, they don't get paid if they don't deliver ... I suspect this would be the depot manually updating to meet targets & nothing to do with the driver.

@YodelOnline my parcel is late, I can't get through to customer services either by phone or by webchat. Parcel is frozen dog food so chance of it arriving still frozen is now very remote. How do I speak to a person about this???

The food company (Butternut Box?) will be made aware and should resend.
Your 1st point of contact should be them though, they can compensate you with a free week or something and sort out redelivery.

Yodel won't DM you, they don't even monitor their Twitter, anyone claiming to be Yodel or from Yodel that replies or DM's you is a scammer.
They'll no doubt try and send you a WhatsApp message so if you've got that far, block them!

You either get 1 piece of fish (small) or 2 (large), there is no inbetween.
@RikkiMellis_@YodelOnline It's the senders responsibility to ensure that the item gets to you as intended (by law), so you should ask them for a replacement / refund. It's down to them to pursue Yodel (again, by law) to be reimbursed.
Beware of any scam replies.
@YodelOnline absolutely AWFUL service. The worst of all the couriers in my area!! Driver left my £75+ parcel on my doorstep, on a busy, main road, when nobody was home and I came home to it having been taken from my doorstep, what a surprise!! Fucking JOKE.
