I worked on a little tool that allows launching your Steam games in Sogen's sandbox.

KVM support is making a lot of progress. MW3 now fully runs on SteamDeck. Without Wine, without Proton. Only using sogen.dev. This completely sandboxes the game and provides full security. Performance still needs a lot of work, but it's a smooth start

@momo5502 Wait, so unlike in regular QEMU or KVM setup, where you have to have 2 GPUs for Passthrough in order to game on VM, now in Sogen on Linux, that's not the case anymore? This is HUGE if it's the case!

@callmemahim2000 Well, Sogen was not developed to run cracked games. That's not in scope, even if technically not impossible. Sogen runs very well on Linux, it supports KVM as an emulation backend x.com/momo5502/statu…

@momo5502 So on Linux, Sogen in general might not work as well as on Windows due to the lack of Hypervisor there?

@callmemahim2000 Eh well, it may work, or not. Kinda depends on the hypervisor. Sogen itself needs the hypervisor for accelerated execution.

@momo5502 Basically Windows PC games modified with Hypervisor bypasses to strip out strong security software, like yk, the ones that has names that start with D and rhymes Pluvo.

@callmemahim2000 We do have a Rival race, and the full game will also feature multiplayer! Career Mode is included as well, though we didn't showcase much of it in the demo. Thank you for the kind words, we really appreciate your support!

@KelvinMulungu It's very rare of Isometric CAG to have Aerial Combat implemented in them. So this game being fast-paced AND having the said Aerial Combat and Juggle Build Routes is an amazing feat! YOU ROCK! 🔥

i was originally testing it to finish an old job i left on pause years ago due to my skill issue when it comes to anything PowerPC related (bringing back disabled cars on outrun online arcade for ps3/xbox 360) i was trying to see if it could help me plan how to do it since i was getting stuck there it just…. did it, and it right now also just did the same with removed tracks as well first time i experience anything like this, this model genuinely just seems to stop at nothing at all when you tell it to achieve a goal

I have been given the Rockport map to test it out, performance however isn't great (not the maps fault, rather my code) and the cars are a bit buggy here, but I drove around a bit :D The camera kept hitting some invisible stuff unfortunately so it might jitter quite a bit here.
