JPMorgan tells a similar story—just from a different angle. Broad revenue growth remains strong. But rising costs and tighter regulation are starting to weigh on margins. Same environment. Different pressure points. $JPM

Goldman Sachs shows where strength is right now: - Equities trading - Investment banking But fixed income and credit are softer beneath the surface. How much does that matter if capital markets stay strong? $GS

Your parents' retirement plan: pension + Social Security. Your retirement plan: ??? Pensions are nearly extinct. Social Security may not be enough. The responsibility has shifted entirely to you. Most people don't realize this until it's too late. Do you have a plan?

@Dividend_P That’s an easy trap for sure - an overpriced stock on sale may not actually be good value

Most people miss this: A stock that’s up 100% can be more undervalued than one that’s down 50%.

@stats_feed I think a bigger question is what is meant by “clean”. From a CO2/emissions level, Nuclear comes out very well (embodied emissions of the plant are significant, though).

⚡The most consistent U.S. power sources (capacity factor - how often they actually produce power) ⚛️ Nuclear: 91% 🌋 Geothermal: 66% 🌿 Biomass: 59% 🔥 Natural Gas (combined cycle): 58% 🪵 Wood: 57% 🪨 Coal: 49% 💧 Hydroelectric: 35% 🌬️ Wind: 34% ☀️ Solar (photovoltaic): 24% 🛢️ Petroleum (steam turbine): 11% Same grid. Completely different reliability. Solar produces power only ~1/4 of the time. Nuclear runs almost nonstop. So the real question: Should energy policy focus on “clean” - or on what actually works 24/7? 🤔

This really puts the publicity around early production challenges into perspective. Yes there were problems ramping up production but the speed that the problems were overcome compared to the time established manufacturers had to develop their production lines is in another league.

@Dividend_Engine Exactly - if you know the business you can better identify temporary sentimental swings from underlying shifts. That’s the difference between spotting opportunities and running in fear.

Understanding the business gives you confidence when prices move. If you don’t know what you own, every drop feels like danger... Knowledge is what prevents emotional decisions!

@ElvisAjdarpasic I think you have to understand and trust your plan in order to stick with it when emotions run high. That’s hard to do with copy and paste strategies - learning the fundamentals of investing is key.

For now, this sits in the “watch” category. Huge opportunity — but execution (and financing) will matter just as much as demand.

Oracle Corporation recently delivered strong AI-driven growth. But the stock is down ~50% in 6 months. That tension is the real story

So the real question isn’t growth. It’s: Can Oracle turn this AI momentum into durable returns without stretching the balance sheet too far?

@danielisdizzy Yea I definitely see where you're coming from. But I think as AI becomes more "normal" to more people, we start to become less wrapped up in the novelty and a little more critical of the tools we use. That could just be wishful thinking though

Larry Ellison $ORCL made a critical point: Models like ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Llama are all trained on largely the same public data. Over time, that leads to convergence. The model stops being the differentiator. So what actually matters? Data. Proprietary data is becoming the biggest moat in AI — possibly the only one that holds long term. Companies like $HIMS are already positioned to benefit from this shift. If you own unique datasets that others can’t access, you’re not just competing… you’re operating in a different league.
