@ourplace I'm very disappointed that the always pan purchased for my wife at Chrstmas has already lost the USP "non stick" after only 6 months. Always been hand cleaned and cared for. So much money for a false promise.

Really want to recognise Layla @TfL Gidea Park station in the mornings. She literally makes my daughters day every time she sees her in the morning to the point where my daughter can't wait to see her on her way to nursery. She goes above and beyond and she brightens up our day.

@HalfMoonBayLtd @merchoid really disappointed over the quality of the Gromit mug. Not only was it delayed for months it then cracks without being dropped or damaged in any way. For a 16 pound mug this is terrible.

@KONGCompany usually your products are very good quality and durable. However I purchased this today and my cocker spaniel has got through it in less than half an hour exposing the plastic which is a choking hazard. I don't think this is really acceptable for a premium product.
