One thing I've learned from @iManasArora is this: when the broader market is under pressure, focus on the Net New Highs screener. The stocks making new highs despite a weak market often deserve a closer look, as they can be signaling underlying strength.

@JoyfulGiri @Maybajpa @iManasArora Ha ha! Read the books, watch every video on trading - everything will resonate. In this difficult time also, @iManasArora is preaching to trade and thus I want to cnfirm his claims in the longr time frame. Have these things wrked in practice? Not just in recent days but in years.

Good Morning! I am a man who minds his own business. A non confrontational person who keeps his views to himself. I interact with very few traders on the internet. Until yesterday. I rage baited by talking about the environment, and it irked many more people than I had expected. And to my luck, the market cracked the same day, giving them a chance to make a comeback. Exactly what I wanted. It went on the entire day yesterday. My engagement analytics broke all previous records. It did what my ads couldn't do 😛 When I was a kid, I heard Vince McMahon say in WWE, “Controversy creates cash.” Kal dekh bhi liya haha. Now I am back to minding my own world. Do whatever you want to do man but don't trouble your mother.

You can crack making money in stocks if you can prepare yourself for 7 losers out of 10, leave the remaining 3 alone, and accept that those 3 can show up in any random order. I’d put it on my wall if I were to start today. #BroTip

Disclaimer : I am not part of @iManasArora course. Just go through the video below , you will understand what hardships and what his journey was to be where he is right now. People criticising him for his views doesn’t even make 0.1% sense. If you are an experienced trader , you know that each person carries a different perspective on the market based on his self curated Watch list and holdings. There are people who are ready to help you by investing their time. Yes , I agree that people might have to pay. There is a cost for everything in this world. And if it’s for a persons time & in return you will be benefitting, I don’t mind people paying for the cohort. You gotta draw inspiration from him , but people are busy mocking his views. I still stand by my word , @iManasArora is the best trader out here. youtube.com/watch?v=Z7pTyU…

We rallied for 6-7 days. Just noted down which ones rallied 2X more than the market in the same period. Basically, the ones that led the rally. Stayed focused only on those names in the last 3 months.

Many are calling it a bad market. No follow through. Hard environment. Nothing is working. We are trading above moving averages. Breadth has more stocks above moving averages than below. If this is bad then what is healthy? What is actually making you call this a bad market is not the market. It is your expectation maybe. Every trade to become a hero. Every trade to give you instant feedback. You should instead build failure in your system. Remind yourself only 3 out of 10 will work and you have to SHOW UP FOR ALL 10. #BroTip x.com/iManasArora/st…

Music is the space between the notes. Good trading is the pause between trades. The last few weeks clearly told to slow down. If you did, you saved. Looking at twitter folks who kept acting as if everything was fine, they have an agenda which you failed to see.

I'll give you some advice that will save you a lot of money. Stop taking breakout trades. Most of them are rigged. False breakout rates are very high. The institutions and smart money trap investors like that.
Rahul R@NiftyRahul

The hidden rules of Swing Trading in Indian markets 1. You cannot outperform markets based on information from media. You will always be the last person to get that information. You can just build thesis on top of them to play out next legs. 2. Your edge relies in getting in and out in faster pace than any institutions around you. You shouldn’t try to trade like institutions. They are playing the game of keeping their assets safe and growing their AUM while you are here to grow the capital at exponentially 3. Your pattern is nothing but common behaviour of the market. If it would had some edge, institutions wouldn’t be leaving it for you. Your edge is building a thesis on market environment and cutting your losses if it doesn’t workout in your favour. 4. The only secret to exponential returns is being long leveraged beta in favourable environment 5. Your capital size is important as you shouldn’t be wasting too much time on making 100% returns on 3 lacs rupees. You should think of adding capital alongside at the same time while trying to learn things. 6.Your timing of entering markets for trading as career is as important as hard work. You will be told that hard work alone will be good enough but you cannot make money in unfavourable regime 7. Once you will cross 50 lac capital, you will realise that you cannot enter stocks with crowd due to high impact host and liquidity. As you grow your capital, your positioning in themes and trends are more important than blindly chasing low liquid names. 8. You will be sold a lot of selected chart porn in the name of backtesting. It’s important that you understand terms survivorship bias to stop chasing patterns in such biased backtest. 9. Your intuition will become the strongest strength than any pattern or indicator in trading. Unfortunately, you cannot build or purchase it in few minutes. 10. You should compound your gains and increase risk as your account grows instead of risking same amount. If done well, this is equivalent to power of compounding on steroids.

@thechartist26 Why not on 30th June. With 29th June as shakeout and volumes on 30th made Apollo a better entry than today. Though, today is also ok!
