By a 7-2 majority, the court decided that statements are not free speech if the defendant recklessly disregarded a substantial risk that their statements would be viewed as threatening violence

A U.S. citizen was forcibly removed from her car by federal agents in Key Largo, Florida on Wednesday after she refused to present her driver's license and roll down her window when stopped, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said.
She was placed in a patrol vehicle while agents searched her car, located her driver's license and confirmed she was a U.S. citizen. She was then released.

If you think “the people” in the Second Amendment meant everyone, prove it. Show a single founding-era source saying women, children, the elderly, or anyone outside the militia had a constitutional right to keep and bear arms. The record is brutally clear: the Founders tied the right to militia service, and the militia was men, 18–45, by law. Good luck finding evidence to the contrary.
