A personal favorite part of this paper- experimental data to strengthen our computational findings! Co-culturing CD8+ CTLs with autologous (!) AML cells leads to significant increases in IFN-g and CD137 expression, confirming CTL recognition of AML + subsequent activation!

5/6 We confirmed that these CD8 CTLs recognize #AML leukemia cells and become activated in vitro, potentially giving rise to effective #GVL.
