We published a rebuttal to this meta-analysis. Should be published soon. It was conducted by a group of rheumatologists from Jordan, and there were several methodological concerns: heterogeneous joints were pooled together, and multiple relevant positive randomized trials were excluded, which likely affected the conclusions.

In my mind the highest quality evidence we have of RT compared to RP for high risk prostate cancer.
Findings are very consistent with @AmarUKishan centres of excellence data from JAMA Open (I think it was 2019 🤔)
