@StagecoachBBird I’ll jump onto a Word Document and make a good sign and pop it onto the bus stop. High level tech stuff I know but happy to do it for free :) might help your elderly bus pass holders not have to stand in the cold for hours

@StagecoachBBird Morning - if you have a route change….maybe update your app, put a notice on the bus stops, update your website. Every chance someone elderly could be stood in the cold for hours waiting on a bus that would never come! #morningkaren

No information on Bus Stop, still says you are running, your app still says it’s expected and goes that route. 2 misleading informations. I was with an elderly lady who relies on bus stop timetables and was stood there for over an hour
