WHEN WE FIGHT, WE WIN! SF Marriott workers voted 99.8% yes to ratify a historic new contract and end their strike! Workers kept their union healthcare and won big raises, fair workload protections, and more. Hilton and Hyatt— now it's your turn!

“I’m on strike for my son who has autism. He’s 16 years old and needs regular doctor visits. Even if we get a wage increase, without health insurance then all my money will go towards healthcare.”- Jorge, banquet houseman for 35 years at Marriot Marquis.

12 WEEKS ON STRIKE! Hotel bosses want to destroy our union standard, but we say no way!

Chicken soup for the union soul on a cold and rainy picket line day! 🍜❤️

Piles of trash. Missing toilet paper. Closed food and drink outlets. Hotels say they have contingency plans for strikes, but guests at struck hotels like the Westin St. Francis report service disruptions. Use FairHotel.org to avoid strikes.

Thanksgiving lunch on the picket line! Thank you to all the community members and @unitehere19 who donated food and volunteered their time to serve this feast for striking hotel workers. ❤️

Cold and rainy days on strike call for arroz con leche!

Hotel bosses- you will not break our spirit! ❤

We clean the rooms. We cook the food. We carry the bags. But not today. Hotel workers at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis are ON STRIKE until @Marriott agrees to let us keep our health care, fix our workloads, and give us pay that our families can live on.

BREAKING: Hotel workers at @Marriott’s St. Regis San Francisco & W San Francisco voted by 90% to authorize strikes. They can strike at any time, joining 2,000 @Hyatt, @Hilton & Marriott workers. We’re fighting for our families and our city - and we won’t back down.

Over 10,000 hotel workers across the U.S. are on strike this morning, seeking higher wagers and the return of jobs cut during the pandemic. It follows months of failed talks between their union and major hotel chains, including Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott. cbsn.ws/3Mudwtp

Powerful march & civil disobedience by striking @uniteherel2 hotel workers. Our members love San Francisco and want the city to recover. That’s why they’re calling on the hotel companies to use their billions to Bet on SF and reverse COVID-era staffing and service cuts.

Rain or shine ☂️☀️ day and night 🌙 Local 2 is on strike!

Shout out to our POWERFUL graveyard crews! 💪🌚 2,000 striking SF hotel workers are holding down the picket line all day and ALL NIGHT!
