@LionClaww @WrestlePurists I didn’t say whether or not I thought it was wrong. Just that if it’s still the same, they’ve been doing this since at least the 90s

@canada_bear @WrestlePurists You don't think it's wrong considering how much time the WWE stars spend on the road? 4 or 5 tickets shouldn't hit them too hard.

WWE had a plan for what they expected CM Punk to say on RAW, but he went out and cut a different promo from the heart. “We have not heard of any fallout from the promo, but we are also told much of what Punk said mirrors backstage frustration among talent over the last several weeks. We have heard from several talents who have expressed frustration with the fact that tickets are priced so high, that there are so many left for the top show of the year, and that while there are so many available seats, only two comp tickets are being granted to talent for the night they are performing. Anything additional, they would need to purchase themselves.” - Mike Johnson (PWInsider Elite)

@36eagles But is it booked through WWE or by the wrestlers themselves?

@1manuniverse @WrestlePurists They’re all allotted two tickets per PLE whether they use them or not. “Borrowing” comp seats has long been in practice.

@WrestlePurists 2? Damn TKO how y'all greedy and cheap you're a billion dollars entity and the people making the money for you are only comped 2 tickets? 3 should be the minimum

@WrestlePurists Two comp tickets is terrible considering how long the same talent has been in rotation. Seems like a logical solution is to comp each talent a couple more tickets if there are still a bunch of seats open. Why alienate the talent when they have people lining up to see them?!?

@blackbrokegates It sucks. That doesn’t mean people get to ride for free just because they don’t feel like paying.

@aedison Who isn’t tapping? I take TTC every day to go to and from work. Everyone taps except a few who think they’re above it. They’re the ones who get looks.

transit should very be free for everyone but I do still tap in every single time, be it streetcar, subway, or bus, and no kidding my favorite part of riding the TTC is when I make this legally required payment and a bunch of other passengers look at me like I’m an idiot
MR. MITCH@1800ghostman

TTC is so awesome because there’s a literal train underground that only costs $3.30 (2L of gas in Carney’s Canada) and all the streetcars and buses are free

Crazy obesity guidelines for Mounjaro on the NHS, in which a patient can have BMI> 40kg/m2 OSA Dyslipidaemia Hypertension and Pre-diabetes Started Tirzepatide privately & lost 15kg but unaffordable so got referred to Tier 3, failed eligibility for Mounjaro (no T2D) and got switched to Wegovy starting at 0.25mg!!! And regained all the weight lost What are we doing here???

@ShivaniM_KC I appreciate this. I was unaware of the branding difference in the UK and I own up to that. I should have known better than to assume and go off without doing my due diligence. Thank you for the explanation.

Steph you seem like a nice person so I will explain this to you In the UK, tirzepatide has the brand name Mounjaro which is licensed for both T2D and for obesity, same doses, same pen, same name for both indications In other countries, the obesity licence for tirzepatide is marketed as Zepbound for type 2 diabetes it’s called Mounjaro. Zepbound and Mounjaro are brand names for the same medication ie Tirzepatide, they are identical in their effects, dosing etc So your original reply to my case was factually incorrect.
Steph@canada_bear

@ShivaniM_KC I only have T2D, take Mounjaro and work in healthcare. But sure. I know nothing about any of that.

@SaharRao13 @ShivaniM_KC I never said I was a physician, because I’m not. But I do actually know how doctors prescribe for these drugs and what the criteria is.

@Jurassic_Liz @ShivaniM_KC Kaiser Permanente? Of course, I don’t know your exact policy, but what basic research I’ve done suggests they do not approve Zepbound for anything other than weight loss. I didn’t check for sleep apnea, but Zepbound can help with that, too

@Jurassic_Liz @ShivaniM_KC Zepbound, as I said, is not approved for control of T2D. It wasn’t tested or trialled as such. I’d be concerned a doctor prescribed a non approved drug, frankly.

@Jurassic_Liz @ShivaniM_KC Is he getting the Zepbound off-label? Because it is not approved or recommended for use of glycemic control.

Give me the confidence of the random internet person schooling me on GLP-1 This one is gold
Steph@canada_bear

@ShivaniM_KC Mounjaro is not a weight loss drug. It is for T2D, with weight loss as a side effect. You want Zepbound.
