How do you define "war of choice"? For the U.S. was participation in The Great War a matter of "choice"? Was going to war with Germany in December 1941 a "choice"? Was the Korean War a "choice" for the U.S.? Was waging war on Afghanistan to degrade Al Qaeda a "choice" for this country?

You may not like my pointing out that both Putin and Trump initiated wars of choice (in Ukraine & Iran respectively) where the costs have proven far greater than benefits for them and their country but that doesn't make it less true.

This is gross. Jeff Bezos created something that made goods far cheaper & easier to access. Politicians like Bernie Sanders can try to turn him into a cartoon villain for clicks, but Bezos has objectively done more for mankind than Bernie ever will.

I think if one is trying to figure out if a candidate is sympathetic to Nazis, one of the most important tests is whether the candidate knowingly got a death’s head tattoo signifying an elite, brutal group of SS officers and kept it until the second he wanted to run for Senate and someone noticed.
