@rick_otten Assuming it is good debt then yes. Getting fixed business loans or fixed personal loans at low rates before the rates go up if invested well is “cheap” capital.

I understand that in the short term inflation is bad because wage increases lag consumer price increases. It is also bad if you have a lot of money because it's real world value decreases. OTOH if you have a lot of *debt* wouldn't it actually be _good_ for the same reason?
