So he leaves a Belief of Abandonment notice on her door. Get this. A few days later, she writes back: "I have not abandoned my unit." So she's just holding on to an empty unit for fun. She has a new apartment! So he reached out to her S8 supervisor: "Can you help? Maybe put pressure on her to just move out. Can you threaten to revoke her voucher?" The response they basically gave him: "Put pressure on this innocent lady? For simply not paying rent and not giving you back the keys to an empty unit? Sir, please, move along. This is a Wendy's."
