Every man has 2 lives…. The second begins when he makes his first ever burger AT HOME with extra lean ground beef and low calorie buns So insanely good and diet friendly No one is EVER THE SAME after their first

Creatine is the most overrated supplement in fitness.

200 GRAMS OF PROTEIN @ ONLY 1500 CALORIES Meal 1: - 3 whole eggs - 5 servings egg whites - 2 Greek yogurts Meal 2: - 8 ounces of chicken breast - 1 servings of broccoli - 1 Greek yogurt Meal 3: - 16 ounces of 93/7 Ground Beef Total calories: ~1,500 Total protein: ~220g Total carbs: ~40g Total fats: ~50g Inb4 “this is too low in carbs” 1) I’m just trying to show you this much protein can be hit with sufficient fats at a very low calorie number 2) I’ve ate like this plenty of days while dieting

Maturing is realising these mf's do more harm than good.

I’ve been eating wholefoods religiously for the last months now. High protein, incorporating fibre, tracking my calorie intake, avoiding sugar and ultra processed foods. I can’t even start to explain how miserable this lifestyle is. Life is too short to continue this rubbish.

People over complicate nutrition when it comes to training. Beef Eggs Greek yoghurt Potatoes Rice Fruit Honey Veggies Chicken Oats Pasta Sourdough bread Monster energy drinks That’s it. Just eat real whole food and rinse and repeat for years. Easy.

One of my friends is in the gym 6-7 days a week, busts his ass every session, and still struggles to stay lean. He doesn’t eat perfect, but also not eating cookies and pizza daily. Solid 80/20 balance. Another friend lifts half as much, eats pizza and ice cream constantly, and has visible abs year-round. You can’t outwork genetics. That doesn’t mean stop trying… it means stop comparing yourself to people who won the genetic lottery. Just become the best version of what you’ve got.
