Hi, @CityofCT can one claim for repairs if they hit a pothole(crack on the road) on one of your roads ? While going to work after hitting a pothole on Forest Dr(M52), my front tire burst, I fell and my flesh light broke. Plus my confidence is bruised, at least a hug ke will do.
