ICU update on Tammy: The constant ups and downs with her heart and blood are terrifying. The mixed news from doctors daily is completely exhausting and heavy to carry. Thank you to all her friends for keeping her in your thoughts.

That's a different question than how much effort was put into giving credit, but it's the reason he stayed on my follows.

Lots of people have been complaining about Massimo stealing our content and not giving credit so I find it odd that the straw that broke the camel's back was stolen from another account known for reposting content without giving credit.

@IrishRevRye @McFranchisee @Walmart I think WM is on the record multiple times doubling down on leaving overnight and not coming back. I'm surprised to see McDs lean into it. Success with it feels very location dependent but maybe it is not. It's got to be really hard to staff I'd think.

Interesting fact: every new McD is mandated to be open 24 hours. It’s a huge push within the system. Surge picked up in 2023, I talked abt it in 2024 & saw even more momentum in 2025. Even our competitors (Wendy’s and Taco Bell) have shifted hours, often closing breakfast and extending late night hours. ‼️Tammy update 21 May‼️ Posted with Nour’s approval. The message I never wanted to write. Tammy is still with us, but doctors have now confirmed that the extent of the complications and the damage to her body are irreversible and, heartbreakingly, not survivable. Right now, she is being kept alive by machines while Nour tries to process the unimaginable weight of this news and face decisions no one should ever have to make, whilst refusing to give up hope of a miracle. For now, her care continues as they take the time needed to navigate these devastating moments. I have not stopped crying since hearing the news. I put on my CWNH T-shirt tonight just to feel a little closer to her. I know many of you will have questions, but right now I ask that we collectively wrap our arms around Nour and send all our love to the indomitable spirit that is Tammy. I also know many people have been worried about the cats. When the time comes, Nour will continue caring for them as we face a world without Tammy in it. Please keep them both in your thoughts and prayers. @catswithnohope

‼️ Tammy update 20 May ‼️ Tammy had a MRI today which showed no new strokes. She is still experiencing seizures. Everything else remains unchanged. No decline. No improvement. @catswithnohope

@McFranchisee @DeadlessHick True. Though... The Bell sells Dirty Baja Blast (probably the best dirty soda I've had yet) for $0.30 more, $2.79 for a large instead of $2.49. This is ironic because the base large at TB is much more $ than McDs ($1.79) McDs base price is unbeatable but dirty markup higher.

@DeadlessHick It’s about half the cost vs competitors. You’ll have to take a picture of the menu board as the one that I showed you is by default and I’m not sure you can even change that.

An update from Tammy’s husband: Tammy has been in the ICU since April 30. Balancing hospital visits to be by her side while managing the daily care of all her rescue cats is a massive task. We are completely out of food and litter again. I’m not a rescuer myself, just a husband doing my best to keep her sanctuary running while she fights to heal. and got his kids book on the gospel and told me he needed to share the gospel with them. He sat down with one of them and read the book. He told me after mom I don’t know if it worked and I told him he did his job, which is to share but it’s God’s job to change their hearts.

Landon can be wild and doesn’t listen well but genuinely has the kindest heart. One of our neighbors’ grandkids come to visit him sometimes and they ask to play with Landon. Today he came back and told me they were trying to get him to say bad words. He went inside

My husband and I are beginning our hunt for a local church today, so please be praying for us! Having a church 20 miles away and in a whole different community was making it very hard to be part of the church family. Our number one concern besides strong Biblical teaching is finding one that is understanding about high energy little boys. There are at least 4 decent looking churches within 3 miles of us.

NOTES FOR NOUR As many of you have read, Tammy’s heart stopped for 9 minutes during the night. Thankfully they were able to get her back and stabilise her but this situation is absolutely taking a mental and physical toll on her husband, Nour. I have shared quite a few messages you all wrote with him and they really help so I wanted to start a thread just for him. We all continue to pray for his incredible wife but let’s create a moment to lift him up in a time of need. @catswithnohope

‼️Tammy update ‼️ Tanmy remains the same but the the infection (sepsis) is improving today but still have organ failure. Nour is waiting to speak to the doctor to get further insight into the situation and I will update as soon as I know more.

Evelyn hit a HUGE milestone yesterday. I was crying filming this. Many of you know, Evelyn is autistic and nonverbal. Getting her to mimic sounds is a massive step towards speech. Have a great Friday everyone!

No news on Tammy yet. Nour went to bed around 4am after visiting Tammy well past midnight. I hope he is able to get some sleep. I barely did, waking up to check my phone. We now all know the odds in this situation but, as I said to someone else this morning, whilst she lives, there is always hope, regardless how infinitesimally. The machines are keeping her alive at the moment. Tammy has had many a health care but this is the highest mountain for her to climb. I do have my flights ready in case the miracle we all hope for happens, I will fly out to Turkey first weekend in June to finally give this incredible woman a real hug and tell her to her face that I love her. Please continue to keep her in your thoughts and prayers and keep posting your love and support. I know Nour truly appreciates it and feels ever so slightly less alone in this nightmare.
